🌱 Growing a Greener Future at University of Home Economics!🌳

Under the leadership of worthy vice chancellor Prof. Dr. Zaib-un-Nisa Hussain, the Sociological Society for Inclusivity and Sustainability (SISS), in collaboration with the Clean & Green Society and the Directorate of Student Affairs, University of Home Economics, successfully organized a Plantation Drive today, 13th August 2026, promoting environmental responsibility, sustainability, and a greener campus.

🌿 200 shady and fruit-bearing plantswere generously donated by Maulana Tariq Jamil Foundation (MTJ Foundation) and TopDoT Software House, making this initiative a meaningful step towards creating a healthier and more sustainable environment at UHE.

The plantation drive was honored by the presence of Mr. Aziz ur Rehman, Regional Head, MTJ Foundation, and Mr. Qasim Puri, CEO, TopDoT Software House, along with dedicated volunteers from TopDoT Software House, who actively participated in the plantation activity.

💚 A heartfelt appreciation to all the partners, volunteers, faculty, staff, and students whose collective efforts made this initiative a success.

Together, we plant today for a greener, healthier and more sustainable tomorrow. 🌱🌍
