Alhamdulillah, the Office of Research, Innovation & Commercialization (ORIC), University of Chenab, Gujrat, successfully conducted a dedicated training session on Leadership & Communication Skills for Career Growth for 8th semester students.

The session was delivered by Mr. Humayun Kiyani (Corporate Trainer & Leadership Consultant, Toastmasters Islamabad), focusing on practical communication, leadership mindset, and real-world career expectations.

Key outcomes: • Strong student engagement and participation
• Practical exposure to workplace communication dynamics
• Better understanding of leadership skills required for career growth

Under the guidance of ORIC leadership, Director ORIC and with the collective efforts of the ORIC team, the session was executed effectively.

This initiative reflects ORIC’s commitment to industry-relevant learning, student development, and academia–industry linkage.

Alhamdulillah, yesterday ORIC University of Chenab Gujrat has successfully conducted a dedicated training session on Leadership & Communication Skills for Career Growth for 8th semester students.

The session was delivered by
Mr. , Corporate Trainer, Professional Growth & Leadership Consultant, and a leading member of Toastmasters Islamabad, who joined us from Islamabad.

The session was highly interactive, practical, and insightful. Students actively engaged, gained clarity on real-world expectations, and understood how communication and leadership directly impact their career growth.

Credit to the ORIC leadership under there guidance and entire ORIC team due to which we were able to execute this session effectively.

This is the direction — practical exposure, industry linkage, and skill-based learning.

Today’s ORIC Ambassadors meeting was highly productive, focusing on the way forward and ex*****on of upcoming promotional activities.

Key action points discussed:
• Department-wise class-to-class awareness campaign starting from tomorrow
• Formation of an ORIC desk with at least two ambassadors present daily (as per availability)
• Each ambassador to contribute a minimum of two reel ideas for digital promotion

These initiatives are aimed at strengthening outreach, increasing engagement, and ensuring effective visibility of upcoming ORIC programs.

At the same time, attendance and commitment remain critical. A number of absentees without prior notice reflects a lack of seriousness, which directly impacts team performance and ex*****on.

Moving forward, consistency, ownership, and accountability will define the core ORIC Ambassador team.
