Exploring New Frontiers

An impactful hands-on training workshop on R-Studio was organized by the Department of Botany at the University of Gujrat under the esteemed supervision of Prof. Dr. Audil Rashid. Funded by ORIC and coordinated by Dr. Khalid Nawaz, Dr. Khalid Hussain, and Dr. Saima Bashir, this workshop provided an invaluable learning platform for all attendees.
Special thanks to Dr. Maqsood Ahmad, Head of the Department of Statistics at the University of Okara, for his insightful session on R-Studio applications and practical training. His expertise greatly enhanced participants' understanding and practical skills.

Hands-on Training Workshop on Genome Editing - CRISPR-Cas9

An enriching hands-on workshop on CRISPR-Cas9 genome editing was successfully conducted by the Department of Botany at the University of Gujrat, under the esteemed supervision of Prof. Dr. Audil Rashid. This insightful session, generously funded by ORIC, was organized by Dr. Khalid Nawaz, Dr. Khalid Hussain, and Dr. Saima Bashir.
Participants had the unique opportunity to delve into the powerful technology of CRISPR-Cas9, guided by Dr. Muhammad Sajjad, Associate Professor at Comsats University, Islamabad. His thoughtful insights on CRISPR applications, along with practical training, provided invaluable knowledge for all in attendance.
