محکمہ اسکول ایجوکیشن پنجاب کے معزز سیکرٹری جناب خالد نذیر وٹو اور چیف ایگزیکٹو آفیسر ایجوکیشن گوجرانوالہ ڈاکٹر عطیہ ارشد ملک کی ہدایات کی روشنی میں ڈپٹی ڈسٹرکٹ ایجوکیشن آفیسر کامونکے جناب رانا رمضان عتیق اور اسسٹنٹ ایجوکیشن آفیسر (مرکز کامونکے صدر) جناب محمد تنویر قادری نے گورنمنٹ ایلیمنٹری اسکول تولیکے کا دورہ کیا۔

اس دورے کا مقصد اسکول ریکارڈ کی ترتیب و نگہداشت کے سلسلے میں فالو اپ کرنا تھا تاکہ یہ یقینی بنایا جا سکے کہ اسکول سربراہان تمام ریکارڈ کو درست، مکمل اور مؤثر انداز میں مرتب کر رہے ہیں۔

افسران نے اسکول سربراہ کو انفرادی رہنمائی فراہم کی اور نان سیلری بجٹ (NSB)، ایف ٹی ایف (FTF)، داخلہ و اخراج رجسٹرز سمیت دیگر اہم ریکارڈ کی تنظیم اور حفاظت سے متعلق مفید اور قابلِ عمل ہدایات دیں۔

اس دورے کا مقصد اسکول سربراہان کی انفرادی رہنمائی کرنا تھا تاکہ وہ اسکول کے اہم ریکارڈ مثلاً نان سیلری بجٹ (NSB)، ایف ٹی ایف (FTF)، داخلہ و اخراج رجسٹر سمیت دیگر ضروری رجسٹرز کو درست انداز میں مرتب اور محفوظ رکھ سکیں۔
افسران نے ہر اسکول سربراہ کو ریکارڈ کی ترتیب و حفاظت سے متعلق اہم ہدایات فراہم کیں اور بہتری کے لیے قابلِ عمل تجاویز بھی دیں۔

Under the directions of Secretary School Education Mr. Khalid Nazir Watto and Chief Executive Officer (Education) Gujranwala Dr. Atia Arshad Malik, Deputy District Education Officer (Male) Kamoke, Rana Ramzan Atiq, convened a meeting with the head teachers of Tehsil Kamoke.

During the meeting, he provided detailed guidance on effective measures for the preservation and security of school assets during the summer vacation. Additionally, he emphasized the importance of continued anti-dengue activities, including cleanliness, water drainage, and awareness campaigns, to ensure a safe and healthy environment for students upon their return.

Under the directions of Chief Executive Officer Gujranwala, Dr. Atia Arshad Malik, District Education Officer Gujranwala, Syed Sabtain Shah, and Deputy District Education Officer Kamoke, Rana Ramzan Atiq, Assistant Education Officer Muhammad Tanveer Qadri conducted visits to various schools.
The purpose of these visits was to ensure the cleanliness of school premises, the security of school assets, and the proper care and nourishment of planted trees and greenery. These efforts reflect a strong commitment to maintaining a healthy, safe, and environment-friendly learning atmosphere across the schools of Markaz Kamoke Sadar.

چیف سیکرٹری ایجوکیشن جناب خالد نذیر وٹو اور چیف ایگزیکٹو آفیسر ایجوکیشن گوجرانوالہ ڈاکٹر عطیہ ارشد ملک کی ہدایات کی روشنی میں مرکز کامونکے صدر کے تمام اسکولوں میں یوم انسدادِ ڈینگی بھرپور جوش و جذبے سے منایا گیا۔
اس موقع پر طلباء و طالبات نے ڈینگی سے بچاؤ کے حوالے سے خصوصی تقاریر پیش کیں، آگاہی پوسٹرز بنائے، صفائی مہمات میں حصہ لیا اور آگاہی واکس کا انعقاد کیا گیا۔
اساتذہ نے ڈینگی سے بچاؤ کے مؤثر طریقے جیسے کہ صاف پانی کو ڈھانپنا، پانی کے برتن روزانہ خالی کرنا، مچھر دانی کا استعمال، اور اردگرد کے ماحول کو صاف رکھنا پر تفصیلی روشنی ڈالی۔
یوم انسدادِ ڈینگی کا بنیادی مقصد طلباء، اساتذہ اور والدین میں ڈینگی کے خلاف آگاہی پیدا کرنا اور اس کے پھیلاؤ کو روکنے کے لئے عملی اقدامات کرنا تھا۔

The event aimed to raise awareness among students and the local community about dengue prevention and the importance of maintaining a clean and hygienic environment. Various informative activities and cleanliness drives were carried out as part of the campaign.
