*Chicken Koozi Haleem Recipe*
*Servings: 4-6*
*Ingredients:*
- 1 lb boneless chicken
- 1 cup wheat (broken)
- 2 cups water
- 2 tbsp ghee
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- Salt, to taste
*Instructions:*
1. Soak wheat overnight.
2. Cook wheat & chicken in water until tender.
3. Heat ghee, sauté onion, garlic, cumin seeds.
4. Mix cooked wheat, chicken & spice mixture.
5. Simmer until thick consistency.
*Serve hot!*
Note: Traditional Haleem is slow-cooked for hours. This recipe is a simplified version.

Recipe
*Ingredients:*
- 2 teaspoons of loose-leaf black tea (Assam or Darjeeling)
- 1 teaspoon of grated ginger
- 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon of ground cardamom
- 1/2 teaspoon of ground cloves
- 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 2 tablespoons of sugar (or to taste)
- 2 cups of milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- 2 cups of water
- Optional: 1/4 cup of evaporated milk (for extra creaminess)
*Instructions:*
1. In a medium saucepan, combine water, ginger, cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, and black pepper. Bring to a boil.
2. Add loose-leaf tea and let it steep for 3-5 minutes.
3. Strain the tea into a separate container.
4. Add sugar, milk, and salt. Stir well.
5. Bring the mixture to a simmer.
6. Reduce heat and let it cook for 5-7 minutes or until the milk has thickened slightly.

Ingredients

500g boneless chicken, finely minced
1/2 cup finely chopped onions
1/2 cup finely chopped capsicum (bell pepper)
1/4 cup finely chopped spring onions
1/4 cup bread crumbs
1 egg
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
Salt to taste
Oil for frying
For the Manchurian Sauce:
3 tbsp oil
2-3 cloves garlic, minced
1-inch piece ginger, minced
1/2 cup finely chopped onions
1/2 cup finely chopped capsicum
2-3 green chilies, chopped (adjust to taste)
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tbsp chili sauce (adjust to taste)
2 tbsp tomato ketchup
1 tsp vinegar
1 tsp cornflour mixed in 2 tbsp water (for thickening)
Salt and pepper to taste
Spring onions for garnish
Instructions
1. Prepare the Chicken Balls:
In a large bowl, combine minced chicken, chopped onions, capsicum, spring onions, bread crumbs, egg, soy sauce, ginger-garlic paste, black pepper, and salt.
