- Attending daily task meetings on Zoom and collaborating with other team members.
- Gathering data/text from various sources and preparing it for input into a computerised system.

- Application-level knowledge of WordPress and Dart.
- Editing images and videos using various tools and software.
- Managing the organisation's social media accounts.
- Promoting PakEdx brand and products.
To be eligible for this position, you should have the following:
- A degree or equivalent qualification in IT or a related field.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
- Experience in coding, WordPress, Dart, and Creating chat GPT prompts.
- Proficiency in image and video editing tools such as Photoshop and Camtasia.
- A portfolio or samples of your previous work demonstrating your skills and creativity.

ڈیجیٹل لیٹریسی اور پاکستان

خواندگی یا لیٹریسی کی تعریف وقت کے ساتھ بدلتی رہی ہے۔ اس کی بنیادی وجہ سماجی، معاشی یا ٹیکنالوجی میں جدت اور نئے رجحانات ہیں۔ مگر عام طور پر خواندگی سے مراد یہی لیا جاتا ہے کہ ایسا شخص جو پڑھنا لکھنا جانتا ہو خواندہ کہلاتا ہے۔ شرح خواندگی کو سماجی ترقی کے اشاریہ کے طور پر بھی لیا جاتا ہے۔ تمام ترقی یافتہ ملکوں نے صنعتی انقلاب سے بھرپور فائدہ اٹھانے کے لئے شرح خواندگی کو 100 فیصد یقینی بنایا۔
مگر اکیسویں صدی کے آغاز سے لیٹریسی کی تعریف ڈیجیٹل لیٹریسی میں تبدیل ہو گی۔ اب خواندہ وہ شخص کہلائے گا جو انٹرنیٹ اور ڈیجیٹل ٹیکنالوجی کی مدد سے اپنی ضرورت کی معلومات کو حاصل کرنے کا طریقہ جانتا ہو گا۔ یہ معلومات مختلف اشکال میں ہو سکتی ہیں۔ ضروری نہیں کہ یہ صرف کاغذ پر تحریر ہو جیسے کہ آپ پڑھ رہے ہیں۔ یہ مختلف ڈیجیٹل فارمیٹس کی صورت میں بھی ممکن ہے۔ ڈیجیٹل ٹیکنالوجی نے اس کی اشاعت اور رسائی کو نہائیت آسان اور عام بنا دیا ہے۔ اب ایسا نہیں ہے کہ اگر ایک معلومات کتاب میں لکھی ہے تو اس کتاب کے بغیر آپ اس علم سے اکتساب نہیں کر سکتے۔ اگر اس کتاب کی ڈیجیٹل کاپی موجود ہے تو انٹرنیٹ کی مددسے ہزاروں، لاکھوں لوگ اس کو ایک ہی وقت میں پڑھ سکتے ہیں۔ اگر کسی کو پڑھنا نہیں آتا مگر فیسبک یو ٹیوب پر اس کے متعلق ویڈیو دیکھ کے سیکھ سکتا ہے اور اگر چاہے تو پڑھنا بھی سیکھ سکتا ہے۔
اب پاکستان میں مسئلہ یہ ہوا کہ ہم نے بدلتے رجحانات کے مطابق اپنی ایجوکیشن پالیسی اور منصوبہ بندی کو بدلنے کی بجائے شرح خواندگی کی فیصد پڑھانے کا ڈھونگ رچاتے رہے۔ جس کی وجہ سے ہمارے اسکولوں اور یونیورسٹیوں نے معاشرتی ترقی اور خوشحالی میں اتنا ہی حصہ ڈالا جتنے ہم آج ہیں۔
امریکہ میں آج سے 22 سال پہلے ٹیکنالوجی اور ٹول کے نام سے مضمون پڑھایا جاتا تھا۔ جس میں آج کے کچھ یو ٹیوب اساتذہ کی طرز پرکام کرنے والے لوگ تیار کئے جارہے تھے۔ یہ ٹولز اور ٹیکنالوجی سے لیس اساتذہ نے اگلی پوری نسل کو دنیا کا لیڈر بنا دیا۔ اگر پچھلے چند سالوں کی بات کریں تو ترقی یافتہ ملکوں میں یونیورسٹی ایجوکیشن اور صرف ڈگری حاصل کرنے کا رجحان کم ہو رہا ہے کیونکہ ایجوکیشن کی آسان اور انفرادی رسائی کی وجہ سے لوگ اپنا کیریئر جلدی شروع کرتے اور تیزی سے بدلتی ٹیکنالوجی کے مطابق سیکھ کر اس میں لیڈر بن جاتے ہیں۔
مگر اس کے برعکس ہمارے تعلیمی اداروں میں سب سے بڑھی کرسی پر بیٹھا یہ تعین کرتا ہے کہ میرے طالب علموں کو کیا پڑھنا ہے یہ پراسس بھی اتنا وقت لیتا ہے کہ اس وقت تک وہ علم باسی ہو چکا ہوتا ہے۔ مگر ہم معاشرتی بھیڑ چال سے مجبور اسی کو حرف آخر سمجھ کر فیصدوں اور CGPA کے اکھاڑے میں کود پڑھتے ہیں۔
پاکستان کی معاشی صورتحال کے مطابق اگر اس مسئلہ کا حل کرنا ہو تو سب سے پہلے یونیورسٹیوں کو کریکولم اور ریسرچ ٹرینڈ ڈویلپمنٹ انسٹیٹیوشنز میں تبدیل کرنا ہوگا۔ اس کے ماتحت اسیسمنٹ ریسرچ سینٹرز اور کوالٹی اینڈ اسٹینڈرڈ سینٹرز کام کرنے چاہیے۔ اس کے علاؤہ صرف پرائمری ایجوکیشن حکومت کی ذمہ داری ہونی چاہیے جو کہ آٹھویں کلاس تک ہو جس کا حدف بچے کو اس قابل بنانا ہو کہ وہ ڈیجیٹل ٹول سے سیکھ سکھیں۔ بچے اساتذہ کا ادب،محنت ،آداب معاشرت اور کیھلنا سیکھ سکیں۔ اس کے لئے بچوں اور اساتذہ کو دن کا سارا وقت تعلیمی اداروں میں گزارنا چاہیے۔
