The Regional Directorate of Health Services, Baltistan, HRDC Skardu, invites applications from eligible candidates domiciled in Skardu, Ghanche, Shigar, and Kharmang districts for admission to the following training programs.

📚 TRAINING PROGRAMS & DISTRICT-WISE QUOTA

1️⃣ F.Sc Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT) — 20 Seats
2️⃣ F.Sc Operation Theatre Technology (OTT) — 20 Seats
3️⃣ F.Sc Medical Imaging Technology (MIT) — 20 Seats

- Junior Technician (MNCH/LHV): Female candidates only, with Matriculation in Science (including PCB) and a minimum of 50% marks, subject to applicable PNMC requirements.
- Candidates must hold a domicile of the respective district and compete against its allocated quota.

گلگت-بلتستان کی 7,500 خالی آسامیوں پر مستند ٹیسٹنگ سروس کے ذریعے شفاف بھرتیوں کا مطالبہ

سابق وزیراعلیٰ گلگت بلتستان حافظ حفیظ الرحمن نے کہا ہے کہ وفاق سے مزید اسامیاں مانگنے کے بجائے گلگت بلتستان میں پہلے سے موجود تقریباً 7,500 خالی آسامیوں پر بھرتیوں کا عمل مکمل کیا جائے۔

ان کے مطابق ان آسامیوں پر ٹیسٹ اور انٹرویوز کسی مستند اور اعلیٰ معیار کی ٹیسٹنگ ایجنسی کے ذریعے شفاف انداز میں منعقد ہونے چاہئیں۔

حافظ حفیظ الرحمن نے GBTS (Gilgit-Baltistan Testing Service) کے حوالے سے تحفظات کا اظہار کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ یہ ٹیسٹنگ سروس گلگت بلتستان میں حال ہی میں شروع کی گئی ہے اور ان کے بقول اسے خیبر پختونخوا سے لایا گیا ہے۔ انہوں نے GBTS کے تجربے، ٹیسٹنگ کے سابقہ ریکارڈ اور ساکھ پر سوالات اٹھاتے ہوئے کہا کہ بھرتیوں کے لیے NTS اور CTSP جیسی مستند اور تجربہ کار ٹیسٹنگ سروسز کے ذریعے ٹیسٹ اور انٹرویوز منعقد کرائے جائیں۔

انہوں نے مزید کہا کہ گلگت بلتستان کی موجودہ خالی آسامیوں کو شفاف اور میرٹ پر پُر کرنا ترجیح ہونی چاہیے، تاکہ نوجوانوں کو ملازمتوں کے حصول میں مساوی مواقع مل سکیں اور بھرتیوں کے عمل پر امیدواروں کا اعتماد برقرار رہے۔

گلگت بلتستان حکومت نے بھرتیوں سے متعلق زیرِ سماعت مقدمات کو جلد نمٹانے کے لیے اقدامات کی ہدایت کر دی۔

محکمہ قانون و استغاثہ گلگت بلتستان کی جانب سے تمام انتظامی سیکریٹریز کو ہدایت کی گئی ہے کہ بھرتیوں سے متعلق زیرِ سماعت عدالتی مقدمات کی تفصیلات 24 گھنٹوں کے اندر فراہم کی جائیں۔

متعلقہ قانونی افسران کو ہدایت کی گئی ہے کہ جہاں ضرورت ہو، جلد سماعت کی درخواستیں دائر کرکے مقدمات کی مؤثر پیروی کی جائے، تاکہ قانونی رکاوٹ ختم ہونے کے بعد خالی آسامیوں پر بھرتیوں کا عمل فوری طور پر دوبارہ شروع کیا جا سکے۔

Gilgit-Baltistan Education Fellows Project — Year 3 Officially Launched

Alhamdulillah! The Year 3 of the Gilgit-Baltistan Education Fellows Project has officially commenced with the signing of the agreement between Aga Khan University (AKU) and the School Education Department, Gilgit-Baltistan.

The agreement was signed on behalf of the School Education Department, Gilgit-Baltistan, by Director General Schools, Muhammad Murtaza, while Dr. Mola Dad Shifa, Head PDCN Gilgit-Baltistan, signed on behalf of Aga Khan University.

With the signing of this agreement, the third year of the Education Fellows Program has officially begun. The initiative aims to further improve the quality of teaching in educational institutions across Gilgit-Baltistan, support teachers and students, and contribute to the promotion of quality education.

This continued partnership marks an important and positive step towards providing better educational opportunities, effective teaching, and a brighter future for the children of Gilgit-Baltistan.
