I had the privilege of serving as the Lead Trainer AFAQ at The Merit School & College, Gulabpur Shigar. During the visit, I successfully conducted all the planned activities, including the Morning Assembly, Classroom Observation, Model Teaching Sessions, Evaluation and Feedback Discussions, Teachers’ Training Session, and Parents’ Session.

The training and interactions with teachers were highly engaging and productive. Teachers actively participated in discussions on effective classroom management, teaching strategies, and student engagement techniques. The classroom observations and feedback sessions provided valuable opportunities for professional reflection and growth.

I would like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to Principal Mr. Askari Abdi for his warm hospitality, excellent arrangements, and unwavering support throughout the visit. My sincere appreciation also goes to all the dedicated teachers and staff members whose enthusiasm and commitment made this experience truly memorable.

It was indeed a day well spent at The Merit School & College, Gulabpur Shigar. I thoroughly enjoyed my time with the school community and was deeply impressed by the professionalism, discipline, and learning environment.

Without a doubt, The Merit School & College is one of the finest educational institutions in Shigar, striving for excellence in education and teacher development.
