𝐈𝐬 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐂𝐏𝐃 𝐛𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐫𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐬𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬? 🤔

The International Engineering Alliance benchmarks engineering competence against 13 Engineering Competencies. They go far beyond technical knowledge:

🔹 Know: universal and local engineering knowledge
🔹 Solve: problem analysis, design and evaluation
🔹 Protect: society, legal and regulatory duties, and ethics
🔹 Lead: managing engineering activities, communication and collaboration
🔹 Grow and decide: lifelong learning, judgement and responsibility for decisions

Continuing Professional Development is not about collecting points. It is about growing, year after year, across all 13.

✅ Reflect on where you stand in each competency
✅ Pick the ones you want to strengthen
✅ Choose training, mentoring and experiences that build them
✅ Review your progress every year

A well planned CPD journey makes you a more capable, more confident and more trusted engineer.

Your CPD should develop them all.

Request for Immediate Review
and Resolution of Issues in the MDCAT Test

SIBA Testing Services is respectfully requested to review and resolve the issues reported by a large number of students regarding the recently conducted MDCAT test.

The major concerns raised by the candidates include:

1. Errors in the Answer Key: Some questions reportedly contain incorrect answers in the officially provided answer key.
2. More Than One Correct Option: In certain questions, candidates have reported that more than one option appears to be correct, creating ambiguity and making it difficult to determine the intended answer.
3. Fairness and Transparency: Such issues may affect candidates' scores and, consequently, their merit and admission prospects.

In view of these concerns, SIBA Testing Services is requested to thoroughly review the disputed questions and answer key through a competent subject-expert committee and take appropriate corrective measures wherever necessary.

It is further requested that any identified errors or ambiguous questions be dealt with fairly and transparently, ensuring that no candidate is disadvantaged due to an error in the test paper or answer key.

We hope that SIBA Testing Services will address these genuine concerns at the earliest in the interest of fairness, transparency, and the academic future of the candidates.
