**Strike Note**
The Sindh All Employees Association (SEA) and GSTA Unit Lakho Lanjari have jointly announced a strike against the anti-employees policies of the Government. Teachers and government employees stand united in their demand for justice on the following pressing issues:
Disparity Reduction Allowance (DRA): Despite clear demands, the allowance has not been granted to employees, creating inequality and financial burden.
Pension Policies: The newly introduced pension reforms are unjust, placing retired employees and their families at risk of economic insecurity.
Group Insurance: The current system of group insurance is non-transparent and has failed to deliver benefits to the employees.
The continuous negligence of the authorities on these critical matters has compelled the employees to register their protest through a strike.
The SEA and GSTA Unit Lakho Lanjari demand immediate redressal of these genuine issues and warn that the strike will continue until the Government reviews and resolves the above-mentioned policies in favor of employees.
