May police arrest without warrant to any citizen ?define it.
The police is empowered under section 54 of Cr.PC to arrest but not prison him in jail,because each and every person has been given the right of equality liberty and doing business in whole of the country.Sometimes it happens in our society ,police arrest for own their motives and purposes,in lieu of bribe or without any cause humiliate to any poor citizen for pressurizing.Why such conditions take place and increases day by day in Pakistan!? Becuse of less knowledge.Cr.PC does not mean to arrest any person without reasonable ground but it authorises particular words to be explained and must be understood in right direction.there is themetic point to be understood when police has suspicion over any person then police must investigate not just to put him behind the bar!
After completion of the inquiry,police has . to release honestly otherWise police commits the crime of contempting the values of the Constitution of Pakistan.

The Muslim Family Laws ordinance 1961 which was enacted to follow the injunctions of Islam in marriage process and for the performance of nikah and Ruksati among the Muslims.All such acts of Islamic thoughts were created during the presidentship from 1958 on 7th october and was completely applied on 15th July 1961.there is a complete information about the Islamic laws.the particular point which is to be understood by the way,that is Ruksati and performance of nikah as well as dower.
There is simple question to be understood that if a mqn has performanced nikah then Ruksati will place immediately or lately if it never took place then the woman is not liable for full dowers which she was given at the time of nikah.in such condition the man is liable toreturn back his half if the dowers.if ruksakti was placed then the woman is liable for full dowers.
