تعلیم صرف کتابوں اور امتحانات تک محدود نہیں، بلکہ یہ ایک ایسا عمل ہے جو انسان کی شخصیت، سوچ اور کردار کو نکھارتا ہے۔ اگر استاد اور شاگرد دونوں مثبت رویہ اپنائیں تو سیکھنے کا عمل مزید مؤثر اور دلچسپ بن جاتا ہے۔

💫 مثبت رویہ کیا ہے؟
مثبت رویہ دراصل ایک ایسی سوچ ہے جس میں انسان ہر صورتحال میں بہتری تلاش کرتا ہے۔ استاد جب مسکراتے ہوئے پڑھاتے ہیں، غلطی کرنے والے طلبہ کو سمجھنے اور سکھانے کا موقع دیتے ہیں، تو وہ طلبہ کے دل میں اعتماد اور احترام پیدا کرتے ہیں۔
