(Chronic Stress & Anxiety)
(Low Self-Esteem)
(Cognitive Distortions)

Understanding the Levels of Intellectual Disability (ID)
Intellectual Disability (ID) is a developmental condition that affects learning, problem-solving, communication, and everyday living skills. Every individual has unique strengths and challenges, and understanding the different levels of Intellectual Disability helps families, teachers, and caregivers provide the right support.
Mild ID: Individuals can learn academic and daily living skills with minimal support and may become independent in many areas.
Moderate ID: Requires regular guidance for learning, communication, and daily activities. With structured education and therapy, individuals can develop important life skills.
Severe ID: Significant challenges in communication and self-care. Ongoing support, specialized education, and therapy are essential.
Profound ID: Requires lifelong, intensive support for daily living, communication, and health needs.
Remember: A diagnosis does not define a person's potential. Early identification, special education, speech therapy, occupational therapy, behavior support, and strong family involvement can greatly improve independence and quality of life.
Every child deserves respect, dignity, inclusion, and the opportunity to reach their full potential.

🌈 Understanding the Levels of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
Autism is a spectrum, which means every child is unique. Children with autism have different strengths, challenges, and support needs. Understanding the three levels of ASD can help families, teachers, and caregivers provide the right support at the right time.
Level 1 – Requiring Support: Mild challenges with communication and social interaction. Children may benefit from guidance in social situations and adapting to changes.
Level 2 – Requiring Substantial Support: More noticeable difficulties with communication, social skills, and repetitive behaviors. Regular therapy and structured support are often needed.
Level 3 – Requiring Very Substantial Support: Significant challenges in communication, daily living skills, and behavior. Children usually require intensive and ongoing support.
Remember: A diagnosis does not define a child's potential. With early intervention, speech therapy, occupational therapy, behavior therapy, special education, and strong family support, children can make meaningful progress and achieve their goals.

(Emotional Resilience)
(Self-Compassion)
(Managing Expectations)
(Digital Detox)
(The Power of Forgiveness)
