The School of Nursing, TUF proudly celebrated International Nurses Day with a powerful seminar themed: βOur Nurses, Our Future: Caring for Nurses Strengthens Economies.β
The event featured an inspiring talk by Mrs. Naseem Kausar, Head Nurse at DHQ Hospital Faisalabad, who emphasized the vital role of nurses in building strong, resilient healthcare systems.

The School of Nursing at The University of Faisalabad recently organized an engaging and insightful Cultural Day, aimed at fostering appreciation for cultural diversity and heritage. The event provided students with a valuable platform to showcase the richness of their traditions through traditional attire, folk dances, music, regional cuisines, and storytelling performances.
The surroundings transformed into a lively celebration of culture, with each performance highlighting the participants' distinct heritage. From graceful traditional dances to thoughtfully prepared homemade dishes, and from colorful cultural parades to expressive skits, the event served as a powerful reminder of the strength found in diversity and the importance of mutual understanding.
Vice Principal Madam Sana Liaqat, along with the esteemed faculty of the School of Nursing, extended their support and encouragement to the students, commending their enthusiastic participation and commitment to promoting cultural harmony. School of Nursing and Department of Islamic studies, TUF organized a seminar to highlight the spiritual significance of Hazrat Aliβs (Karram-Allah-Wajhahu) martyrdom. The event focused on Hazrat Aliβs qualities of bravery, wisdom, and justice, emphasizing his profound impact on Islamic history and the ethical framework of Islam. Guest speaker Mrs Shamim Waryam, a renowned Islamic scholar, delivered an insightful address on Hazrat Aliβs (Karram-Allah-Wajhahu) teachings, particularly the lessons from his martyrdom that continue to inspire millions. Her words encouraged attendees to incorporate these lessons into their lives.
