GCUF and IndusTeck Industries Sign MoU for Advanced Energy Storage Research
Government College University Faisalabad (GCUF) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with IndusTeck Industries (Pvt.) Ltd. to strengthen Industry-Academia Collaboration in Advanced Energy Storage and Nanomaterials Research.
Under the collaboration, GCUF will provide its R&D expertise, scientific guidance and technical support to IndusTeck Industries in relevant disciplines. In return, IndusTeck Industries will provide GCUF students with opportunities to work on its products and industry-based projects.
The collaboration will focus on nanomaterials, advanced metallurgy, AGM and thixotropic gel technologies, with the aim of translating academic research into practical industrial applications and product development.
The initiative was advanced through the efforts of Prof. Dr. Adnan, Director High-Tech Laboratories, and Prof. Dr. Tanvir Shahzad, Director ORIC, under the leadership of Prof. Dr. Rauf-i-Azam, Vice Chancellor, GCUF, with Dr. Mujeeb Ullah, CEO, IndusTeck Industries (Pvt.) Ltd., representing the industry partner.
This collaboration marks an important step towards strengthening research, innovation, commercialization and industry linkages at GCUF.
