سب سے پہلے AHPC کی ویب سائٹ پر جائیں:

یہاں چیک کریں کہ آپ کی ڈگری، ڈپلومہ یا سرٹیفکیٹ AHPC کے تسلیم شدہ شعبوں میں شامل ہے یا نہیں۔
2. دوسرا مرحلہ: ڈگری / ڈپلومہ کی تصدیق
اگر آپ نے مثلاً پنجاب میڈیکل فیکلٹی سے کوئی ڈپلومہ کیا ہے (جیسے لیب ٹیکنیشن):
اصل ڈپلومہ متعلقہ فیکلٹی سے ویری فائی (تصدیق) کروائیں۔
ایک فوٹو کاپی بھی فیکلٹی سے تصدیق کروائیں (verified copy)۔
3. تیسرا مرحلہ: مطلوبہ دستاویزات تیار کریں
تمام دستاویزات کو اچھے اسکینر سے اسکین کروائیں اور PDF فارمیٹ میں محفوظ کریں:

آپ کو ایک Activation Link ای میل کے ذریعے موصول ہوگا، جس پر کلک کرکے اکاؤنٹ کو ایکٹیویٹ کریں۔
5. پانچواں مرحلہ: پروفائل مکمل کریں
لاگ ان کرنے کے بعد، بائیں طرف "User Profile" پر کلک کریں۔
اپنی مکمل معلومات درج کریں اور سفید پس منظر والی تصویر اپ لوڈ کریں۔
“Save” پر کلک کریں۔
6. چھٹا مرحلہ: نئی درخواست جمع کروائیں
“Create New Application” پر کلک کریں۔
Application Type (مثلاً Diploma, 14 Years Education,16 وغیرہ) منتخب کریں۔
Discipline بھی منتخب کریں (مثلاً Bs 16 year/DPT,New registration for MS/Mphill...وغیرہ)
درج ذیل تعلیمی معلومات فراہم کریں:

آپ کی درخواست کا AHPC جائزہ لے گا۔
اگر سب درست ہوا تو آپ کو ای میل یا پورٹل پر اطلاع ملے گی۔
اس کے بعد:
لاگ ان کریں
اپلیکیشن پرنٹ کریں
آن لائن فیس جمع کروائیں
8. آخری مرحلہ: ڈاک کے ذریعے درخواست جمع کروائیں
فیس ادا کرنے کے بعد:
اپلیکیشن کا پرنٹ نکالیں
تمام متعلقہ اور ویری فائیڈ دستاویزات جمع کریں
یہ سب TCS یا کورئیر کے ذریعے AHPC کے دفتر بھجوا دیں۔
✅ رجسٹریشن مکمل
AHPC آپ کی دستاویزات اور درخواست کا جائزہ لے کر آپ کو رجسٹریشن سرٹیفکیٹ جاری کر دے گا۔
