Important message for summer semester candidates.
Students who have applied for summer semester 2025 re-enrollment, can download their fee voucher from their portals tomorrow at 10:00 am. Tomorrow will be the last day to pay the dues without fine. Please pay your vouchers tomorrow & submit your paid voucher to my office to ensure your enrollment.

Attention Students Facing Attendance Shortage Due to Late Fee Submission & Late Enrollment

Students who are facing attendance shortages as a result of late fee submission are advised to submit a formal application to the IT Focal Person ( Dr.Hafiz Sohrab Ali) in his office till Wednesday 04-06-2025 for updating their attendances if they have attended the classes but due to late late fee submission they could not get enrolled well in time. The application must be:

Duly recommended by the concerned course teacher

Attached with the relevant attendance record duly verified by concerned teacher

Approved by the Director of LBS

Various Departments of the Faculty of Economic and Management Sciences at Government College University Faisalabad hosted a touching farewell ceremony in honor of ๐๐ซ๐จ๐Ÿ. ๐ƒ๐ซ. ๐‡๐š๐ณ๐จ๐จ๐ซ ๐Œ๐ฎ๐ก๐š๐ฆ๐ฆ๐š๐ ๐’๐š๐›๐š๐ซ, celebrating his decades of dedicated service, leadership, and academic excellence.

The event was graced by ๐•๐ข๐œ๐ž ๐‚๐ก๐š๐ง๐œ๐ž๐ฅ๐ฅ๐จ๐ซ ๐๐ซ๐จ๐Ÿ. ๐ƒ๐ซ. ๐‘๐š๐ฎ๐Ÿ-๐ข-๐€๐ณ๐š๐ฆ as the Chief Guest, while Prof. Dr. Hazoor Muhammad Sabar was recognized as the Guest of Honour. The ceremony paid tribute to his outstanding journey from his early days as a Associate Profassor to becoming a distinguished Professor of Economics, serving in key positions including ๐ƒ๐ž๐š๐ง, ๐ƒ๐ข๐ซ๐ž๐œ๐ญ๐จ๐ซ ๐จ๐Ÿ ๐€๐๐ฏ๐š๐ง๐œ๐ž๐ ๐’๐ญ๐ฎ๐๐ข๐ž๐ฌ, ๐‚๐ก๐š๐ข๐ซ๐ฆ๐š๐ง ๐จ๐Ÿ ๐ญ๐ก๐ž ๐ƒ๐ž๐ฉ๐š๐ซ๐ญ๐ฆ๐ž๐ง๐ญ ๐จ๐Ÿ ๐„๐œ๐จ๐ง๐จ๐ฆ๐ข๐œ๐ฌ, and a valued member of numerous committees.

In his address, the Vice Chancellor lauded Dr. Sabarโ€™s exceptional contributions to the development of the universityโ€™s academic and administrative landscape, calling him a pillar of strength within the GCUF community.
โ€œGCUF is not just an institution, it's a family โ€” and you will always be welcomed here,โ€ he remarked warmly.

In an emotional farewell speech, Dr. Sabar expressed his gratitude to the Vice Chancellor, faculty, and especially the faculty from Lyallpur Business School, Department of Commerce, and Department of Public Administration for their support and for organizing such a memorable send-off. He acknowledged the team spirit that marked his career and extended his heartfelt wishes for the universityโ€™s continued success.

During the ceremony, various faculty members also expressed their admiration, applauding Dr. Sabarโ€™s professionalism, humility, and mentorship.

He praised his exceptional mentorship and acknowledged the enduring influence he has had on faculty development and academic culture.
