Few tips for Last Evening before Exam:

1. Leave Studying around 7:00 PM.
2. Go to Dinner or other outing with your friends and take Healthy meal in Evening.

This approach will help you to sleep on time and you will feel relaxed on Exam day.

This approach is based on my experience and it really works well. Good Luck
