Had the wonderful opportunity to conduct a training session on Emotional Intelligence & Self-Regulation for the CEO and upper-tier management of AA Associates yesterday.

It was truly a productive and insightful interaction where I not only shared my knowledge and experiences but also learnt a great deal from the talented professionals and developers present in the session. Meaningful learning always becomes more impactful when it is mutual.

A heartfelt thanks to the team of AA Associates, especially CEO Mr. Rafaqat, for inviting Team EDS to train their staff and for the warm hospitality throughout the session.

I truly enjoyed conducting an engaging session on Communication Skills & Strategies for Effective Communication with the wonderful staff of Springfield School. The session was filled with interactive discussions, practical strategies, confidence-building activities, and meaningful learning experiences. It was inspiring to see such enthusiastic participation and a strong willingness among educators to enhance their professional communication skills.

From verbal and non-verbal communication to active listening, clarity of expression, and audience engagement techniques — every moment of the training reflected growth, learning, and collaboration. Grateful for the opportunity to contribute towards professional development and empower educators with skills that create lasting impact inside and outside the classroom.

I still remember conducting my very first training session as a Master Trainer at The City School Chenab Campus, Faisalabad in 2015. Training English teachers from across Faisalabad, Jhang, and Chiniot was both exciting and nerve-wracking, but that opportunity became the foundation of my journey as a trainer. It helped me gain:
• Confidence and leadership skills
• Strong communication and public speaking abilities
• Exposure to professional training environments
• The realization that training is not just my strength, but my passion

Over the past 11 years, I have proudly transferred to my audiences:
