Update on Zong 5G Site Installation at Old Campus

Dear All,

We are delighted to inform you that the installation of the Zong 5G site at the Old Campus has been successfully completed and the site is now fully operational.

In line with the vision of the Worthy Vice Chancellor, Prof. Dr. Rauf-i-Azam, this upgrade will significantly improve mobile connectivity and deliver high-speed 4G/5G services to users across the Old Campus.

Further updates regarding the 4G/5G site installation at the New Campus will be shared in due course.

From Fall 2026, passing the relevant ETC test will be mandatory for admission to all M.Phil & PhD programs in public and private universities across Pakistan.
The tests will be conducted by the Education Testing Council (ETC) under the Higher Education Commission. 🎓

گورنمنٹ کالج یونیورسٹی فیصل آباد میں “معرکۂ حق — بنیان المرصوص” کی پہلی سالگرہ کے موقع پر پروقار تقریبات کا انعقاد کیا گیا، جہاں پاک افواج کے شہداء، غازیوں اور سکیورٹی فورسز کی عظیم قربانیوں کو خراجِ عقیدت پیش کیا گیا۔ 🇵🇰✨

تقریبات کا آغاز وائس چانسلر پروفیسر ڈاکٹر رؤف اعظم کی جانب سے قومی پرچم کشائی سے ہوا، جبکہ قائداعظم آڈیٹوریم میں منعقدہ مرکزی تقریب میں فیکلٹی ممبران، انتظامی افسران اور طلباء و طالبات کی بڑی تعداد نے شرکت کی۔

تقریب میں ملی نغمے، ثقافتی پرفارمنس، خصوصی ڈاکومنٹری اور ڈرامہ پرفارمنس پیش کی گئیں جنہوں نے حاضرین کے جذبات کو گرما دیا اور وطن سے محبت کے جذبے کو مزید مضبوط کیا۔ ❤️

وائس چانسلر پروفیسر ڈاکٹر رؤف اعظم نے اپنے خطاب میں کہا کہ افواجِ پاکستان کی قربانیاں قوم کا فخر ہیں، اور پوری پاکستانی قوم اپنی بہادر افواج کے ساتھ سیسہ پلائی دیوار کی طرح کھڑی ہے۔ انہوں نے قومی اتحاد، خودمختاری اور دفاعِ وطن کے عزم کو مزید مضبوط بنانے پر زور دیا۔
