Sow Ministries is a Christian organization having vision and dedication to spread the Word of God among all nations. Pakistan has its Islamic culture and law being implemnented in the country. Despite this people have thirst for the Word of God, there is a need of reaching out to people with the mesaage of Good News.Tree of Peace has a team of dedicated youth and a visionary leadership to reach out to those who do not have access to the Word of God. We spread the Good News in following ways.
1. Sunday School Ministry
2. Food Distribution to Oprphan kids and poor families
3. Bible Distribution
4. School Dropout children's Education Program
Sunday School Ministries:
Our Sunday School Ministry has two sunday schools, one in Ibn e Mariam Colony and the other is Daud Nagar Faisalabad. The kids attend the sunday school two days a week. Kids pictorial Bible is shared with the kids and Bible reading is coducted on regular basis. The kids are introduced with how Jesus Christ lived for us, died for us and risen for us. Different other activiites like games are also conducted for the kids. Meals are also shared with the kids during the sunday school meetings. Food Distribution to orphan kids and poor families:
Sow Ministries expresses the love of Lord Jesus Christ with the orphans and poor families through provision of food, cloths and shoes on weekly basis. Together we share His love for us and pray together. Bible Distribution:
We distribute Bibles to the people having thirst for the Word of God. The thirst is more and our supply is less. The majority of the people are illiterate and can not read the Bible. They have to depend on the Pastor or some literate person to read the Word of God for them. Solution to this issue to provide audio Bibles to the people. The audio Bible is easy to use and every person or the whole family can listen from one audio Bible. Sow Ministries plans to provide audio Bibles to the people. Please pray for the provision. School drop out Education Program:
About 30 percent of the total children do not complete their primary grade education in the areas where Sow Ministries is working. The main reason for this big drop out ratio is poverty. keeping this situation in view, Sow Ministries continously runs a campaign to help the drop out kids to restart their education in the schools by providing the books, uniforms and shoes. The drop out kids are also made part of the Sunday School activities so that they also learn about the Word of God.
