Part 1: General & District-Specific Questions (Central Panel Member)
Upon entering the room, the central panel member called out my name and noted my home district before beginning the questions.
Q1. You are from Kasur. What are the famous fruits of Kasur?
Answer: Kasur is highly famous for its sweet Melons (Kharbuza) and high-quality Watermelons, which are widely distributed across Punjab during the season.
Q2. Tell us about the Leather Industry of Kasur.
Answer: Kasur is one of the biggest hubs of the tanning and leather industry in Pakistan. It houses hundreds of leather tanneries that process raw hides into finished leather for export and local manufacturing, contributing significantly to the national economy, though it also faces environmental challenges regarding wastewater management.
Q3. After whom was the Changa Manga Forest named?

Answer: I bought this attire specifically to maintain a formal, professional appearance for my competitive exam interviews and official academic presentations. I use it for formal occasions where decorum and professional presentation are required.
Q8. Why do simple, decent, and good people like you turn corrupt or "spoiled" within 2 to 2.5 years of joining the service?
Answer: A shift in behavior often happens when individuals succumb to peer pressure, structural vulnerabilities, or a lack of deep-rooted personal ethics when exposed to authority. However, generalization is incorrect; many officers serve their entire careers with flawless integrity. The system rewards institutional discipline, and those with a strong moral foundation remain unaffected by negative environments.
Q9. What is your guarantee that you will not turn out like them?

Integrity is not situational; it is a core value. I view this job as a sacred public trust and a career of honor, not a shortcut to illegal wealth. Part 3: Core Departmental Questions (Third Member - Woman)
Q10. FIA has a specific wing dealing with banking crimes. What exact types of financial crimes does this wing investigate?
Answer: The Banking Crime Crime Wing (BCW) of the FIA investigates specialized financial offenses that fall under federal jurisdiction. This includes major bank frauds, default on public bank loans, fake bank accounts used for illegal transactions, insider trading, financial forgery, and money laundering schemes involving commercial banks and financial institutions.
Following this answer, the panel concluded the session by saying, "Ok, thank you. You can leave."
