Inter-University Basketball Championship 2025 at GCU Faisalabad

Government College University Faisalabad proudly hosted the Inter-University Basketball Championship (Men & Women) under the banner of APSUP Faisalabad Chapter, bringing together top universities from across the region for an exciting display of talent, teamwork, and true sportsmanship.

The tournament created a vibrant atmosphere on the GCUF basketball court, where athletes showcased their energy, discipline, and passion for the game.

Honorable Prof. Dr. Rauf-i-Azam, Vice Chancellor GCUF, inaugurated the event as the Chief Guest, alongside Prof. Dr. Nasir Amin (Pro Vice Chancellor) and Dr. Saeed Javed (Director Sports). In his inspiring address, the Vice Chancellor emphasized that sports are not just about competition but also about building character, teamwork, and leadership among students.

The championship successfully strengthened inter-university collaboration, promoted women’s participation in sports, and celebrated the spirit of youth empowerment through healthy competition.
