کالج کی صفائی برقرار نہ ہونے کی ایک بڑی وجہ یہ بھی ہے کہ مزدوروں کو کبھی ایک طرف دوڑایا جاتا ہے تو کبھی دوسری طرف ، جس میں وہ باآسانی دھوکا دیتا ہے ۔ گھنٹے کا کام دن میں، دن کا ہفتہ میں اور ہفتہ کا مہینہ میں اور مہینے کا سال لگ جاتا ہے ۔ اسلئے کالج کھبی صاف ہوا ہی نہیں ۔ ایک جگہ ٹھیک کرتے ہیں تو دوسری خراب ۔۔۔۔۔
آگر مزدوروں کی خاص تقسیم ہوجائے اور ہفتہ میں ایک بار کوئی دیکھنے والا ،پوچھنے والا ہو تو کالج کی صفائی برقرار رکھنا ، سرسبز و شاداب رکھنا کوئی مشکل کام نہیں ۔ دن بہ دن پودے سوکھ رہے ہیں ۔
