Meeting on Compliance Report of Admission Fall 2026
A meeting of the Faculty of Allied Health Sciences was held with the Director Admissions to review the Compliance Report for Admission Fall 2026. The meeting focused on assessing the progress of the admission process, ensuring adherence to the University's admission policy, and verifying that all required documentation and procedures had been completed in accordance with institutional rules and regulations.
During the meeting, the compliance report was discussed in detail, and necessary observations and recommendations were shared to address any pending matters. Both the Faculty of Allied Health Sciences and the Directorate of Admissions reaffirmed their commitment to maintaining transparency, merit, and quality throughout the admission process. It was agreed that all remaining compliance requirements would be completed within the prescribed timeline to ensure a smooth and efficient admission process for Fall 2026.

فیکلٹی آف الائیڈ ہیلتھ سائنسز کے شعبہ میڈیکل لیبارٹری ٹیکنالوجی میں فائنل ایئر طلبہ کے تھیسز ڈیفنس کا کامیاب انعقاد

ڈیرہ اسماعیل خان: وائس چانسلر ڈاکٹر محمد لطیف گوندل کی خصوصی ہدایات، رجسٹرار عبدالباسط خان کی زیرِ سرپرستی جبکہ کوآرڈینیٹر فیکلٹی آف الائیڈ ہیلتھ سائنسز و سربراہ شعبہ میڈیکل لیبارٹری ٹیکنالوجی محمد عمر نفیس اور اسسٹنٹ پروفیسر دین محمد کی زیرِ نگرانی فیکلٹی آف الائیڈ ہیلتھ سائنسز کے شعبہ میڈیکل لیبارٹری ٹیکنالوجی نے بی ایس میڈیکل لیبارٹری ٹیکنالوجی (سیشن 2022-2026) کے آٹھویں سمسٹر اور فائنل ایئر طلبہ کے تھیسز ڈیفنس کا کامیاب انعقاد کیاگیا۔ تھیسز ڈیفنس کے دوران مجموعی طور پر 19 طلبہ نے اپنے تحقیقی منصوبوں (Research Projects) کا کامیابی سے دفاع کیا۔ ان میں سے 10 طلبہ نے اپنی تحقیق کوآرڈینیٹر فیکلٹی آف الائیڈ ہیلتھ سائنسز و سربراہ شعبہ میڈیکل لیبارٹری ٹیکنالوجی محمد عمر نفیس کی زیرِ نگرانی مکمل کی، جبکہ 9 طلبہ نے اسسٹنٹ پروفیسر دین محمد کی زیرِ نگرانی اپنی تحقیقی سرگرمیاں مکمل کیں۔ تھیسز ڈیفنس کے موقع پر ڈاکٹر ثاقب علی (ڈائریکٹر اکیڈمکس) ڈاکٹر فیصل ندیم (ڈائریکٹر ORIC) اور ذیشان خان (انچارج اسٹوڈنٹ افیئرز) نے (External Examiner) کے طور پر طلبہ کے تحقیقی کام کا جائزہ لیا اور اپنی علمی آرا سے طلبہ کی رہنمائی کی یہ طلبہ شعبہ میڈیکل لیبارٹری ٹیکنالوجی کے دوسرے گریجویٹنگ بیچ کی نمائندگی کرتے ہیں۔ طلبہ نے میڈیکل لیبارٹری سائنسز اور صحتِ عامہ سے متعلق اہم جدید اور عصرِ حاضر کے موضوعات پر اپنی تحقیقی کاوشیں پیش کیں جو ان کی علمی استعداد تحقیقی مہارت اور شعبۂ صحت میں مؤثر کردار ادا کرنے کے عزم کی آئینہ دار ہیں۔ اس موقع پر مقررین نے طلبہ کی تحقیقی کاوشوں کو سراہتے ہوئے اس امید کا اظہار کیا کہ وہ مستقبل میں شعبۂ صحت اور سائنسی تحقیق میں نمایاں خدمات انجام دیں گے۔ فیکلٹی آف الائیڈ ہیلتھ سائنسز نے تمام کامیاب طلبہ کو اس اہم تعلیمی سنگِ میل کے حصول پر مبارکباد پیش کرتے ہوئے ان کے روشن اور کامیاب مستقبل کےلیے نیک خواہشات کا اظہار کیا۔

The delegation reviewed the academic infrastructure, laboratories, clinical training facilities, and educational standards of the faculty's three departments: Medical Laboratory Technology, Radiology Technology, and Dental Technology. This visit reflects our continued commitment to academic excellence, quality assurance, and the development of highly competent allied health professionals.

A delegation from the Allied Health Professional Council (AHPC) visited the Faculty of Allied Health Sciences (FAHS), Agriculture University Dera Ismail Khan, for the accreditation of its academic programs. The Faculty comprises three departments: Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT), Radiology Technology, and Dental Technology.

The AHPC delegation included Prof. Dr. Muhammad Jasim Khan (MLT Expert), Dr. Muhammad Anees (Vice President, AHPC), Mr. Abdus Salam (Focal Person, AHPC Khyber Pakhtunkhwa), Mr. Muhammad Arshad (Radiology Expert), and Mr. Arshad Ahmad (Dental Expert).

The delegation was warmly received by the Vice Chancellor, Prof. Dr. Muhammad Latif Gondal, the Registrar, Mr. Abdul Basit, the Coordinator of the Faculty of Allied Health Sciences, Mr. Muhammad Umar Nafees, along with the faculty members. As a gesture of welcome, the Vice Chancellor presented bouquets to the distinguished members of the delegation.

During the meeting, the Vice Chancellor, Registrar, Coordinator of the Faculty of Allied Health Sciences, and members of the AHPC delegation shared their views and highlighted the importance of accreditation in ensuring quality education and professional standards in allied health sciences. A comprehensive overview of the Faculty, its academic programs, infrastructure, and future development plans was also presented to the delegation.
