The selection process was conducted carefully to ensure the best learning environment for our young learners. During the interview, students were assessed on the basis of:

- Participation
- Picking power and understanding
- Confidence level
- Previous knowledge
- Personal hygiene and grooming

Parents were also asked a few parenting-related questions to better understand the child’s learning environment and support system at home.

All these aspects were observed and evaluated thoughtfully during the interview process.
