ہر سال جب جون آتا ہے،
تو بچے اسکول بیگ رکھ کر سو جاتے ہیں،
اور والدین سمجھتے ہیں کہ اب چھٹی ہے۔

لیکن سچ یہ ہے،
یہ وہ وقت ہے جب یا تو بچہ نکھرتا ہے،
یا پھر مٹتا ہے۔

یہ چھٹیاں بچوں کو صرف ٹھنڈی جگہوں پر سُلا دینے،
یا موبائل ہاتھ میں تھما دینے کا وقت نہیں،
یہ مستقبل بنانے کا وقت ہے۔

ہم نے ان بچوں کو صرف نصاب نہیں سکھانا،
زندگی سکھانی ہے،
زندگی گزارنے کے ہنر، خود اعتمادی، فیصلہ سازی، ٹیکنالوجی، اور تخلیق،
یہ سب کسی اسکول کی کلاس میں نہیں،
بلکہ گھریلو توجہ، صحیح ماحول اور والدین کی حکمت سے آتے ہیں۔

کیا ہم چاہتے ہیں کہ کل ہمارا بچہ کسی "نظام" کا غلام ہو؟
یا وہ خود نظام بنائے؟
فیصلہ آج کرنا ہے، ان چھٹیوں میں۔

بجائے اس کے کہ ہم بچوں کو malls, dramas, اور useless time-fillers میں لگا دیں،
انہیں skills دیں، جیسے:

Self-defense,
Swimming,
Digital freelancing,
Public speaking,
Robotics or basic AI understanding,
Urdu and English writing

کیونکہ مستقبل کی جنگیں ڈگریوں سے نہیں،
ہنر، ذہانت، اور adaptability سے جیتی جائیں گی۔

اگر ہم آج نہ جاگے، تو کل شاید ہمارے بچے ہاتھ میں CV لیے در در مارے کھا رہے ہوں…
اور ہم افسوس میں کہہ رہے ہوں،
"کاش ان چھٹیوں میں کچھ سکھا دیتے!"

امید ہے کہ آ پ سب خیریت سے ہوں گے رمضان المبارک کا مہینہ شروع ہے گزشتہ سال سے لیڈرز گرائمرسکول رمضان المبارک میں ہر جمعہ کو سکول میں اسلامی ایکٹیو یٹی کا انعقاد کرتارہا ہے ۔اس رمضان بھی بچوں میں صدقہ دینے کی عادت پیدا کرنے کے لیے سکول میں Leaders Charity Derive کے نام سے ایک سر گرمی کروائ گئ جس میں بچوں نے خوراک ، کپڑوں اور اپنے جیب خرچ سے غریب بچوں کی مدد کی۔ الحمد اللہ❤️
اللہپاک سے دعا یے کہ وہ ہمارے بچوں کے اس نیک عمل کو اپنی بارگاہ میں قبولیت کا شرف عطا فرماۓ ۔ آمین🤲❣️
