Fruits Activity and Importance of Summer FruitsSummer is the season of juicy and delicious fruits. To promote healthy eating and awareness, a "Fruits Activity" was organized at our school. Students brought different summer fruits such as mangoes, watermelons, melons, peaches, and plums. The fruits were displayed beautifully, and students gave short presentations on their nutritional value.Summer fruits play an important role in keeping us healthy during the hot weather. They are rich in water content, vitamins, and minerals which help to keep our bodies hydrated and energized. For example, watermelons and cucumbers prevent dehydration, while mangoes are a great source of vitamin A and C. These fruits also improve our immunity and digestion.Such activities encourage students to develop good eating habits and understand the benefits of natural foods. Eating seasonal fruits is not only tasty but also a smart way to stay healthy
