📢 Important Notice for All Government and Private Schools in Punjab

The Punjab School Education Department has issued guidelines for all necessary arrangements to be completed before the resumption of school on 24 August 2026, following the summer vacation.

🏫 Important Guidelines for School Heads:

🔹 Complete cleaning and necessary repairs of the school
🔹 Cleaning of classrooms, offices, washrooms, grounds, and other areas
🔹 Ensuring the cleanliness, disinfection, and proper condition of water tanks
🔹 Eliminating all possible sources of dengue
🔹 Cleaning of roofs, grounds, and drainage channels
🔹 Complete inspection of fans, lights, switches, sockets, and electrical wiring
🔹 Ensuring the availability of clean drinking water and functional washrooms
🔹 Complete implementation of school security arrangements and relevant SOPs
🔹 Inspection of CCTV cameras and other security equipment
🔹 Completion of Lesson Plans and Scheme of Studies for the new academic session

👨 🏫 Monitoring and Inspection:
Before the school reopens, Heads of Institutions will conduct a final inspection. MEAs and AEOs will conduct a physical inspection of the schools, while CEOs will ensure 100% inspection of all schools through their subordinate officers.

⚠️ Implementation of all these guidelines is given TOP PRIORITY.

گرمیوں کی چھٹیوں میں طلبہ کے Learning Loss کو پورا کرنے کے لیے ایک ماہ کے Remedial Learning Camps کی اجازت دی گئی تھی۔
