An official visit to the Camp Centre Booni was conducted during the ongoing Induction Programme-5 by Principal Mr. Ihsan Ullah, Instructor Mr. Naveed ul Ahmad, and Senior Clerk Mr. Abdul Basit to monitor the progress and overall conduct of the training programme.
During the visit, it was observed that all trainees were present and actively participating in the scheduled training activities. The session was found to be well-organized, structured, and conducted in a professional manner. The trainees demonstrated a positive attitude towards learning and participated enthusiastically in the different activities.
The effective use of group work and collaborative learning strategies was also observed during the session. These activities provided the trainees with opportunities to share ideas, engage in meaningful discussions, and learn from one another. The overall classroom environment was found to be conducive to learning, while the trainer facilitated the session effectively.
The visiting team also interacted with the trainees and observed the ongoing activities to assess their engagement and understanding. The overall arrangements at the camp centre were found to be satisfactory, and the training programme was progressing smoothly according to the planned schedule.
The visiting team appreciated the efforts of the training faculty and the concerned management for ensuring the smooth and effective implementation of Induction Programme-5. The trainees were encouraged to maintain the same level of participation, discipline, and commitment throughout the remaining training sessions.
Overall, the visit was satisfactory, and the progress of Induction Programme-5 at Camp Centre Booni was found to be encouraging and on track.

Welcome Ceremony for the Induction Program of Newly Appointed Teachers
The induction program is an integral part of the professional journey of newly appointed teachers. It provides them with the knowledge, skills, and professional orientation required to begin their teaching careers with confidence and competence.
The induction program for teachers selected from the leftover and revised merit lists commenced on 6 July 2026 at RPDC Drosh, Chitral. To mark the beginning of this important training, a warm and inspiring welcome ceremony was organized, creating an atmosphere of enthusiasm, motivation, and professional commitment.
The ceremony was attended by all faculty members of the institution. It was skillfully hosted by the senior DM, Mr. Mahboob Ul Haq. During the event, Ms. Musrat Jamal, Ms. Farkhanda Jabeen, and Mr. Masood Nabi addressed the participants. In their speeches, they emphasized the significance of the induction program in equipping newly appointed teachers with the professional knowledge, pedagogical skills, and ethical values required to meet the evolving demands and challenges of modern education. They encouraged the trainees to make the most of this valuable learning opportunity and to remain committed to continuous professional growth.
In his concluding remarks, the Principal, Mr. Ihsan Ullah, welcomed the trainees and highlighted the importance of discipline, punctuality, dedication, and professionalism throughout the training program and in their future teaching careers. He expressed his confidence that the induction program would serve as a strong foundation for developing competent, responsible, and reflective educators.
The trainees expressed great enthusiasm and appreciation for being part of this professionally enriching program. محفلِ الوداع

ریجنل پروفیشنل ڈویلپمنٹ سنٹر دروش میں منعقد ہونے والی
الوداعی تقریب محض ایک رسمی تقریب نہیں تھی بلکہ برسوں کی رفاقت، خدمت اور یادوں کو خراجِ تحسین پیش کرنے کا ایک خوبصورت موقع تھی۔ تقریب کا انعقاد قاری شیخ عطاء اللہ، سپورٹنگ اسٹاف باچہ محمد المعروف فوجی، اور مرحوم سپرنٹنڈنٹ مسرور احمد کے اعزاز میں کیا گیا۔
محفل کو اُس وقت خاص رنگ ملا جب کالج کے سینئر استاد شاعر، ادیب جناب محبوب الحق حقی اسٹیج پر آئے۔ حقی صاحب کی گفتگو میں ہمیشہ کی طرح ادب، شگفتگی اور برجستگی کا حسین امتزاج موجود تھا۔ وہ ایسی محفلوں میں بھی سنجیدگی کو بوجھ نہیں بننے دیتے۔ کہیں ہلکا سا طنز، کہیں برجستہ جملہ، اور کہیں نرم لہجے میں یادوں کا تذکرہ ، سامعین پوری توجہ سے سنتے رہے اور محفل ایک خاص کیفیت میں ڈوبی رہی۔
تقریب سے جن شخصیات نے خطاب کیا اُن میں سابق پرنسپل جناب ناظم الدین، پرنسپل ہائیر سیکنڈری سکول دروش جناب سلیم کامل، سینئر انسٹرکٹر مسرت جمال صاحبہ، پرنسپل آر پی ڈی سی احسان اللہ، سابق سپرنٹینڈنٹ ایجوکیشن جناب گل الرحمن، سینئر کلرک عبدالباسط، اور انسٹرکٹر نویدالاحمد شامل تھے۔ ہر مقرر نے اپنے انداز میں سبکدوش ہونے والی شخصیات کی خدمات کو یاد کیا اور اُن کے کردار کے مختلف پہلوؤں کو اجاگر کیا۔
قاری شیخ عطاء اللہ کے بارے میں گفتگو کرتے ہوئے مقررین نے اس بات پر زور دیا کہ اُن کی شخصیت محض ایک استاد کی نہیں بلکہ ایک باعمل دینی شخصیت کی حیثیت رکھتی ہے۔ قرآن سے اُن کی وابستگی صرف تدریس تک محدود نہیں رہی بلکہ اُن کی پوری زندگی میں اُس کے اثرات نمایاں دکھائی دیتے ہیں۔ پیشہ وارانہ ذمہ داریوں کے ساتھ ساتھ گاؤں کی مسجد میں امامت و خطابت کی خدمات انجام دینا، اُن کی دینی وابستگی کا عملی اظہار ہے۔ نرم مزاجی، مہمان نوازی اور وضع داری نے اُنہیں اپنے حلقۂ احباب میں ہمیشہ ممتاز رکھا۔

مرحوم مسرور احمد کا ذکر آیا تو محفل کچھ دیر کے لیے سنجیدہ ہوگئی۔ ریٹائرمنٹ سے چند ماہ قبل اُن کا انتقال ادارے کے لیے ایک بڑا صدمہ تھا۔ مقررین نے انہیں ایک ذمہ دار، فعال اور ہر دل عزیز منتظم کے طور پر یاد کیا۔ ہاسٹل کے انتظامات ہوں یا تدریسی امور، انہوں نے ہر ذمہ داری خندہ پیشانی سے نبھائی۔ اُن کی محفل پسندی، بے تکلفی اور دوست نواز طبیعت کا تذکرہ بار بار گفتگو میں آتا رہا۔ تقریب میں اُن کے ایصالِ ثواب کے لیے خصوصی دعا بھی کی گئی، جس نے ماحول کو مزید پُراثر بنا دیا۔

سپورٹنگ اسٹاف کے رکن باچہ محمد المعروف فوجی کے ذکر کے بغیر تقریب ادھوری رہتی۔ فوجی ماما کی پھرتی، محنت اور ہمہ وقت مصروف رہنے کی عادت ادارے میں ایک مثال سمجھی جاتی رہی ہے۔ چترال اسکاؤٹس کے سابق سپاہی ہونے کا اثر اُن کی شخصیت میں آج بھی نمایاں محسوس ہوتا ہے۔ لمبا قد، تیز قدم، اور ہر وقت کام میں جتے رہنا اُن کی پہچان بن چکا تھا۔ کبھی صحن میں پودوں کو پانی دیتے نظر آتے، تو کبھی مہمان اساتذہ کے کھانے کی تیاری میں مصروف۔ مقررین نے اُن کی خدمات کو ادارے کی خاموش مگر مضبوط بنیاد قرار دیا۔
تقریب کا ایک یادگار لمحہ وہ تھا جب جناب سلیم کامل نے فوجی ماما کو ہار پہناتے ہوئے محبت اور احترام کے ساتھ اُن کے ہاتھ کا بوسہ لیا۔ یہ منظر محض ایک رسمی اعزاز نہیں بلکہ محنت، دیانت اور خاموش خدمت کے اعتراف کی خوبصورت علامت بن گیا۔

Director DPD, Mr. Muhammad Muttahir, Visits ADEO/ADEOs Post-Recruitment Induction Training Center in Drosh

The Director of DPD, Mr. Muhammad Muttahir, visited the Adeo/ADEOs post-recruitment induction training session today at the Drosh Training Center, Chitral.

During the visit, he interacted with newly recruited ADEOs, reviewed ongoing training modules, and appreciated the dedication of both trainers and participants. He emphasized the significance of continuous professional development, quality learning environments, and effective leadership at the field level.

Mr. Muttahir also shared valuable insights on administrative responsibilities, community engagement, and the evolving role of education officers in strengthening district-level education delivery.

The participants expressed gratitude for the encouraging visit, noting that such engagement boosts their motivation and commitment to serve with excellence.

A group of ASDEOs (Female) is currently undergoing a six-module professional training program at RPDC, Drosh, Chitral. In this connection, the Director of DPDC, Mr. Muhammad Muttahir, along with Mr. Tufail (Chief Librarian) and two other accompanying officials, visited Chitral for a two-day supervisory and observation visit.

During their stay, they reviewed the ongoing training sessions, interacted with the participants, and ensured that the modules were being delivered effectively. Since the training is directly related to the responsibilities of ASDEOs, the visiting team also contributed academically by participating in the sessions.

After spending two productive days at the college and examining the progress of the ASDEO training program, the Director and his team departed back today.

Graduation Ceremony of School Leaders of Chitral Upper, Chitral lower and Dir District at RPDC Drosh Chitral.

A graceful graduation ceremony of School Leaders was held today at the Regional Professional Development Center (RPDC), Drosh, Lower Chitral.
The event began with the recitation from the Holy Qur’an, followed by a Naat in praise of the Holy Prophet (PBUH).

The ceremony was attended by college instructors, education officers, the Assistant Commissioner of Drosh, and other distinguished guests from various institutions.
Instructors delivered motivational speeches highlighting the objectives and outcomes of the professional training program, while the distinguished guests appreciated the performance and dedication of the School Leaders.

They acknowledged the role of RPDC and the trainers in enhancing the professional competencies of teachers and promoting a culture of continuous professional development.

At the end of the ceremony, the School Leaders presented shields to all the honorable guests, including the college instructors and external participants, as a token of gratitude and appreciation.

The ceremony concluded in a warm, cheerful, and dignified atmosphere, reflecting the participants’ enthusiasm, teamwork, and commitment toward the noble cause of education.
