آج کے دور میں چترال کے طلبہ بھی بڑی تعداد میں انٹرنیٹ استعمال کر رہے ہیں—جیسے آن لائن کلاسز، واٹس ایپ، فیس بک، ای میل اور مختلف تعلیمی پلیٹ فارمز۔ لیکن ایک حالیہ سائبر سیکیورٹی رپورٹ نے ایک تشویشناک حقیقت سامنے رکھی ہے کہ تقریباً 68 فیصد عام (کمزور) پاس ورڈز صرف ایک دن کے اندر ہیک کیے جا سکتے ہیں۔

اس کا مطلب یہ ہے کہ جو پاس ورڈ اکثر لوگ آسانی سے بنا لیتے ہیں، وہ حقیقت میں اتنے محفوظ نہیں ہوتے جتنے وہ سمجھتے ہیں۔

آن لائن تعلیم
سوشل میڈیا
فری لانسنگ
اور ڈیجیٹل کمیونیکیشن
عام ہو چکی ہیں۔
اگر آپ کا پاس ورڈ کمزور ہو تو:

آپ کا اکاؤنٹ ہیک ہو سکتا ہے
کوئی آپ کے نام سے غلط استعمال کر سکتا ہے
آپ کی ذاتی معلومات اور تصاویر خطرے میں آ سکتی ہیں
دھوکہ دہی (scams) کے لیے آپ کا اکاؤنٹ استعمال ہو سکتا ہے

کمزور پاس ورڈ کیوں آسانی سے ٹوٹ جاتے ہیں؟
تحقیقات کے مطابق زیادہ تر کمزور پاس ورڈز اس لیے ہیک ہو جاتے ہیں کیونکہ:
وہ بہت چھوٹے ہوتے ہیں
ان میں عام الفاظ استعمال ہوتے ہیں (جیسے name, love, school)
ان میں آسان نمبر ہوتے ہیں (123456 وغیرہ)
یا ذاتی معلومات شامل ہوتی ہیں (نام یا تاریخ پیدائش)
ہیکرز جدید سافٹ ویئر کے ذریعے لاکھوں پاس ورڈز چند سیکنڈز میں آزما سکتے ہیں۔

چترال کے طلبہ اپنے آپ کو کیسے محفوظ رکھ سکتے ہیں؟

1. لمبے اور مشکل پاس ورڈ استعمال کریں

2. ہر اکاؤنٹ کے لیے الگ پاس ورڈ رکھیں
فیس بک، ای میل اور دیگر اکاؤنٹس کے لیے ایک ہی پاس ورڈ استعمال نہ کریں۔

3. ذاتی معلومات سے پرہیز کریں
پاس ورڈ میں یہ چیزیں شامل نہ کریں:
نام
تاریخ پیدائش
گاؤں یا شہر کا نام

4. Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) آن کریں
یہ اضافی سیکیورٹی تہہ آپ کے اکاؤنٹ کو مزید محفوظ بناتی ہے۔

5. آسان انداز یاد رکھنے والا پاس فریز استعمال کریں
مثلاً:

Our 2nd semester students attended an online session on tech opportunities at Monosoft Institute, led by Haji Behram Sir and conducted by the Pakistan Software Export Board ( ).

The session highlighted emerging tech careers, freelancing pathways, and also introduced free learning space for students interested in building their skills.
