Following the directions of the Secretary, Elementary and Secondary Education Department Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Mr. Muhammad Khalid, a progress review meeting regarding the outsourcing of schools in the Hazara Region was held in the Committee Room of Elementary and Secondary Education Foundation under the chairmanship of Mr. Habib Ur Rehman, Director Programs, ESEF KP.
Mr. Shafqat Ul Mulk, Project Manager (PIU), Mr. Khalid, Procurement Specialist, and Mr. Roman Khan, M&E Specialist, also attended the meeting. District Education Officers (DEOs) of E&SED and District Program Officers (DPOs) of ESEF from the Hazara Division participated through Zoom.
The meeting brought together partner organizations working in the Hazara Region of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa to review the progress and operational matters related to outsourced schools and to discuss strategies for strengthening educational service delivery under the initiatives of Elementary and Secondary Education Foundation.
Key discussions focused on school performance, quality assurance, monitoring and evaluation mechanisms, and coordinated efforts aimed at improving educational outcomes across the region. The participants also emphasized strengthening collaboration between Elementary and Secondary Education Foundation and the Elementary and Secondary Education Department Khyber Pakhtunkhwa to ensure effective implementation of education initiatives and enhanced access to quality education in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

A productive meeting was held between the DEO Male Chitral Lower, DEO Female Chitral Lower, and the Elementary & Secondary Education Foundation (ESEF) District Program Office team. The District Program Officer along with ESEF staff participated in the meeting to discuss important matters related to the establishment and effective functioning of FCS Middle Schools in the district.

During the meeting, various educational issues, implementation strategies, coordination mechanisms, and future plans were discussed in detail. The participants emphasized mutual cooperation, effective communication, and collective efforts to strengthen the education system and ensure quality learning opportunities for students across District Chitral Lower.

The meeting reflected a strong commitment from both the Education Department and ESEF towards educational development, institutional improvement, and the successful ex*****on of ongoing educational initiatives. The active participation and valuable contributions of all attendees were highly appreciated.

An advisory committee meeting was held in the Committee Room of ESEF under the chairmanship of Mr. Qaisar Alam, Managing Director, ESEF. Participants included Mr. Sher Daraz Wazir, Director HR & Administration; Mr. Ghulam Mustafa, Member Board of Directors; Mr. Hakeem Ullah, Ex- Director PITE and Mr. Raqeeb, Ex-Chairman and Ihtiram khan Principal.
The meeting focused on the implementation of the Model Timetable for educational institutions across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) to ensure uniformity, effective time management, and improved academic performance. Participants also discussed educational initiatives, institutional performance, and administrative affairs, while sharing suggestions to further strengthen ESEF programs and service delivery.

A meeting of the E&HR Committee was held today in the Committee Room of ESEF under the chairpersonship of Ms. Zainab Azmat. The meeting was attended by Mr. Ghulam Mustafa, Member Board of Directors; Mr. Qaisar Alam, Managing Director, ESEF KP; and Mr. Sher Daraz Wazir, Director Human Resources (DHR), ESEF.
Key matters related to human resource management, ongoing initiatives, and organizational development were discussed. The Committee reviewed progress on ongoing activities and emphasized effective implementation of HR policies to further strengthen institutional performance.
