At Rising Star School System, we believe that the growth of our students begins with the continuous growth of our teachers.
Our One-Day Teachers’ Training Session was a productive and inspiring learning experience focused on strengthening teaching practices, classroom discipline, school management, and effective learning strategies.
During the session, our teachers discussed and worked on the challenges they face in the classroom, identified areas for improvement, and explored practical solutions to enhance their teaching effectiveness. Special focus was given to subject-wise planning, classroom management, student discipline, lesson planning, assessment, and the key areas we need to work on in the upcoming academic sessions.
The session provided our teachers with opportunities for professional learning, reflection, collaboration, and skill development—preparing them to move forward with greater confidence, responsibility, and commitment.
