One of my clientโs approached us whose account was deactivated due to in-authentic product violation on 29th September.

Clientโs account was deactivated because of listing items which maybe inauthentic. Amazon requested him to provide past invoices but he had no invoices.
Luckily, there was only 1 ASIN on which violation was made. The seller did not fulfilled any orders on that ASIN.

Seller had no past invoices as he was sourcing from local supplier who does not provide him any invoice. After discussing the whole scenario with account health specialist, we created a strong Plan of Action and described the reason why we cannot provide past invoices. We appealed and tried to convince Amazon. We just mentioned the new supplier details in our Plan of Action and tried to convince Amazon for future invoices.
Within one day, we received response from the Amazon to provide invoices from a new supplier. That was the response we wanted.
We then attached the future inventory invoices and submit them with the Plan of Action with compulsory modification according to the situation. Amazon reviewed our invoices and re-instated the seller account.

The seller was doing drop shipping and received a notification regarding product authenticity concerns.

As the seller was doing dropshipping so we didn't have the invoices for the required ASINS.

In such cases, if you don't have the invoices for the ASINS yet you have to tell amazon about the sourcing history.
But unfortunately, the seller couldn't able to provide us with sourcing history.
We created a strong Plan of Action.
We added the supplier details in our POA.
Amazon rejected the first appeal as they were expecting invoices for the required ASINS.
We transferred the case through the case log.
After this, we got a green signal from amazon regarding future invoices. Submitted appeal along with future invoices. Amazon reviewed the account and asked for future invoices again after a specific date.
Future supplier invoices have been provided. We escalated the case many times and got our account reactivated.

Inauthenticity Invoice Issue Resolved
Account got deactivated back in February, Amazon mentioned 2 ASINs and asked to provide invoices. As the seller do not have invoices and he provided edited invoices which were rejected.
On getting the case, I submitted an appeal and convince Amazon to allow us to provide future invoices. As the Business Address and Billing Address were from Pakistan so we find an authentic Supplier accordingly and buy 10 units of inventory and get an invoice from the supplier..
Then submitted the invoice along with the Plan of Action, account got reactivated after 4 days.
If anyone facing similar issue can contact me, will surely help him to get back his account.

Both accounts were suspended due to inauthenticity
Both sellers were doing drop shipping and received a notification of product authenticity concerns. Amazon was demanding invoices for Asins. Client was Dropshipping and sourcing from local supplier which was shipping directly, Supplier had not provided any invoices
How we Reinstated:
First of all, we terminated the listings on the account. We made a complete review of account and understood actual problem. Amazon required old supplier invoice and plan of action but we donโt have invoices, we told Amazon we donโt have invoices because we were sourcing from a local supplier who source directly without providing us invoices. After discussing the whole scenario with account health specialist, we submitted appeals for convincing amazon for future invoices, which proved to be successful after one time rejection for both accounts. We provided invoices of the authorized supplier with a strong plan of action. Amazon kept the appeal under review for a few days but finally one after another, both accounts reinstated.

This type of suspension usually happens due to sale velocity.
It can usually be reinstated with a appeal with proper plan of action and the the documents that Amazon requires.
