Our research article is published in the Chemical Engineering Journal (I.F: 13.2) – a top-tier international journal.
But for me, the most beautiful part is this:
Our Thal University Bhakkar stands proudly alongside Fudan University and USTB, HIT etc in this publication. Yes – Thal University Bhakkar. My home university. The place where my journey began.
Dr. Syed Zuhair Abbas – my respected teacher and co-author – guided me then and continues to inspire me now.
From Bhakkar to Donghua University (China) as a PhD student, and now going to start Post doc at Southern University of Science and Technology (SUSTech) – this journey has been incredible. But seeing my previous university's name in a world-class journal? That is a feeling I cannot describe in words.

Dr. Syed Zuhair Abbas represented Thal University Bhakkar at the prestigious International School on Physics (ISPAD), jointly organized by the National Centre of Physics (NCP), Pakistan and the International Centre for Theoretical Physics (ICTP), Italy.

The event brought together leading physicists from around the world, including Dr. Joseph Niemela (Italy), Dr. Shunri Oda (Japan), and Dr. Xiulai Xu (China), providing a valuable platform for academic exchange and collaboration.

This participation reflects Thal University Bhakkar’s continued commitment to academic excellence and international engagement in the field of physics.

Dr. Syed Zuhair Abbas, Incharge Department of Physics, Thal University Bhakkar, has been invited as a speaker at the 5th International Conference on Recent Trends in Natural Sciences at the University of Education, Jauharabad Campus. Students are encouraged to participate in this scientific event and benefit from the opportunity to learn about recent developments in natural sciences and interact with researchers and experts in the field.
