A meeting was held with officials from CIMMYT at Hazara University on 13.08.2026, attended by Mr. Rashid Minhas, Director RARI, and Dr Imtiaz Ali (Senior Scientist-Wheat breeding) to discuss collaborative initiatives aimed at strengthening wheat breeding and research activities. The meeting focused on shuttle breeding activities in wheat at Jabba Sheep & Livestock Farm, Mansehra, as well as the certification of the PEQ facility at Hazara University.

During the meeting, CIMMYT officials expressed their commitment to strengthening collaboration and agreed to provide technical and financial support for the establishment of a Molecular Breeding Laboratory at the Wheat Section, RARI.

Director RARI, Mr. Rashid Minhas, conducted a routine field visit along with all the scientists of the institute. During the visit, all Kharif crop trials were inspected to assess their progress and identify any issues requiring attention. The internship students were also briefed on the ongoing field activities and provided with insights into the research and management practices being carried out at the institute.

وزیراعلیٰ پنجاب مریم نواز کے ویژن "سانجھی سبزی، مفت سبزی" کے تحت ڈپٹی کمشنر بہاولپور سید حسن رضا نے محکمہ زراعت کی اراضی کا دورہ کیا

ڈپٹی کمشنر بہاولپور نے موسمی سبزیوں کے بیج بو کر منصوبے کے عملی آغاز کا افتتاح کیا۔

اس موقع پر ڈپٹی کمشنر کو ڈائریکٹر ریجنل ایگری کلچرل ریسرچ انسٹیٹیوٹ راشد منہاس نے منصوبے کی پیش رفت بارے بریفنگ دی

ایگریکلچر فارم میں 2 ایکڑ سرکاری اراضی پر سبزیاں بوئی جائیں گی۔ بریفنگ

تقریباً 70 سے 100 من فی ایکڑ پیداوار حاصل کی جائے گی بریفنگ

دستیاب سرکاری اراضی، کاشت کے مراحل اور آئندہ حکمتِ عملی کے حوالے سے بھی بتایا گیا۔

ضلعی انتظامیہ نے شہری اور دیہی علاقوں میں واقع سرکاری اراضی کی نشاندہی کا عمل شروع کر دیا ہے

جہاں موسمی سبزیوں کی کاشت کر کے عوام کو مفت سبزی کی فراہمی یقینی بنائی جائے گی۔

وزیراعلیٰ پنجاب کے اس فلاحی منصوبے کا مقصد عام شہری، بالخصوص کم آمدنی والے طبقے کو مہنگائی کے اثرات سے ریلیف فراہم کرنا ہے ڈپٹی کمشنر بہاولپور

عوام کو تازہ، معیاری اور مفت سبزیاں مہیا کرنا ہے۔

کاشت کے تمام مراحل بروقت مکمل کیے جائیں اور عوام تک اس کے ثمرات جلد از جلد پہنچائے جائیں۔ڈپٹی کمشنر بہاولپور

میں ٹریفک آگاہی پروگرام سیمینار کا انعقاد کیاگیا جس میں ٹریفک قوانین کی آگاہی کے لیے لیکچر دیا گیا اور پمفلٹ تقسیم کیے گئے۔"

عوام الناس میں ٹریفک قوانین کے شعورکی بیداری ہے.

*اہم نکات جن پر حاضرین کو بریف کیا گیا:*

*1. ہیلمٹ اور لائسنس کی اہمیت* 🪖

موٹر سائیکل سواروں کے لیے ہیلمٹ پہننا اور ڈرائیونگ لائسنس کا ہونا لازمی ہے۔

*"ہیلمٹ آپ کا محافظ، لائسنس آپ کی پہچان"*

*2. محفوظ ڈرائیونگ کے اصول*

- سائیڈ مرر کا درست استعمال
- موڑ کاٹتے وقت انڈیکیٹر دینا
- موٹر سائیکل پر 2 سے زیادہ افراد سوار نہ کرنا
- گاڑی میں سیٹ بیلٹ کا استعمال
- گاڑیوں کے شیشوں پر بلیک پیپر کی پابندی

*3. جوینائل پرمٹ کے حوالے سے خصوصی بریفنگ* 🪪

16 سے 18 سال کے طلبہ کو بتایا گیا کہ حکومت پنجاب کی جانب سے *جوینائل پرمٹ* کی سہولت دی گئی ہے۔ اس پرمٹ کے تحت نوجوان موٹر سائیکل چلا سکتے ہیں، لیکن:
- والدین کی تحریری اجازت ضروری ہے
- صرف لرنر کے طور پر، تربیت یافتہ شخص کے ساتھ
- ہیلمٹ اور دیگر حفاظتی اقدامات لازمی ہیں۔
