Title: Impact of Financial Performance of Islamic and Conventional Microfinance Institutions on their Outreach

Amat-ul Mateen Noor et al., from University Of Management & Technolgy (UMT) explores the impact of financial performance on the outreach of Islamic and conventional microfinance institutions. Financial performance is measured through return on assets and portfolio yield as independent variables, while average loan size per borrower to gross national income represents the dependent variable (outreach). The findings shed light on the role of institution size in this relationship and provide valuable insights for practitioners and policymakers in the field of microfinance.
