Professional Development Initiative

The Directorate of Women Development Department, in collaboration with the Punjab Day Care Fund Society (PDCF), organized a one-day capacity-building workshop for nearly 200 caregivers from across Punjab.

Mrs. Heena Israr, Incharge Day Care, The Islamia University of Bahawalpur, was nominated and deputed by the Director, Islamia University School System, Prof. Dr. Muhammad Rafay, to participate in this valuable professional development session.

The workshop focused on modern daycare management, child safety, health and well-being, child protection, and professional caregiving practices. The session provided an excellent opportunity to gain contemporary insights and learn from best practices in daycare services.

The Directorate of Islamia University School System, Bahawalpur, under the leadership of Prof. Dr. Muhammad Rafay, remains committed to facilitating and encouraging its faculty and staff to participate in relevant training, professional development, and capacity-building initiatives for continuous improvement and excellence.
