☀️ Small actions can make a big difference during a heatwave.
Drink plenty of water, avoid direct sunlight during peak hours, wear light-colored clothing, and check in on children, older adults, and anyone who may be at greater risk.
Together, we can protect ourselves, our communities, and the environment from the impacts of extreme heat.

🌡️ Heatwaves are more than just hot weather—they are a growing climate challenge.
A heatwave is a prolonged period of unusually high temperatures that can seriously affect human health, agriculture, wildlife, and the environment. As our climate changes, heatwaves are becoming more frequent and intense.
Awareness is the first step toward resilience. Stay informed, stay hydrated, and look out for those who may be more vulnerable.
