Dr. Shuja Ahmed Mahesar is serving as Professor & Director at Federal Charted institution โPakistan Study Centre, University of Sindh. He is also Chairman Provincial Review Committee and Editor HEC recognized research Journal Grassroots. Dr Mahesar is the member of Editorial Board of Research Journal Critical Pakistan Studies, Cambridge University Press UK. He has also served as Member of Royal Historical Society, London, UK.
In Pakistan he is the member of NSD, Government of Pakistan, Pakistan Arts Council Karachi and he serves in Boards of Governors, and Boards of Studies/Faculties & Academic forums at various universities across Pakistan. In recognition of his community services, he received National Award from Government of Pakistan.
He earned his MSc from Quaid-I-Azam University, M.A (International Relations) from SALU Khairpur, LLB from University of Sindh & PhD from Royal Holloway University of London UK funded by a prestigious scholarship of Higher Education Commission of Pakistan & Friendly Hand fellowship UK. He has completed research and management trainings conducted by British Council, Coventry University UK, Institute of Leadership & Management UK, Learning Institute Queen Mary University UK, University of Gloucestershire, UK National Academy of Higher Education, and Pakistan Institute of Parliamentary Services (PIPS). He recently participated in MichPak Versity MPV 2022-23: Culture & Research Scholar Exchange Program sponsored by The U.S. Consulate Karachi, U.S. Mission Pakistan in Detroit, Michigan USA.
Dr. Shuja is currently engaged in research project funded by HEC Sindh. He has also produced 6 PhD & more than 28 MPhil students. Dr. Mahesar has published and presented his research as keynote speaker at various conferences. He has organized a significant number of national and international conferences, workshops, and seminars.

Dr. Saima Butt is a highly accomplished academic, holding a Ph.D. in Political Science from the University of the Punjab, where her research focused on the "Institutional Dimension of Conflict Transformation: A Study of Balochistan (2002-2014)." Her scholarly expertise is further enriched by her M.Phil. in Political Science, in which she critically analyzed Balochistan during the Musharraf era. With a solid foundation in political studies, having earned her master's degree from Lahore College for Women University, Dr. Saima has contributed extensively to research, particularly on issues related to conflict transformation and regional politics. Over her academic career, she has supervised numerous graduate and postgraduate theses, guiding students through complex political topics.
Dr. Saima's active engagement in academic and leadership development, including participation in staff development courses by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) and serving as an Active Citizen Facilitator, showcases her commitment to fostering civic responsibility and professional growth among students. As an Assistant Professor at Lahore College for Women University, her insights into conflict dynamics and governance make her an essential voice in discussions on political transformations. Professor Dr. Adam Saud currently serves as the Dean of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences at Bahria University, Pakistan. With a Ph.D. in International Relations and a masterโs degree in Political Science, his areas of expertise include Central Asia, democratization, foreign policy, terrorism studies, and CPEC. Over the course of more than two decades, Dr. Saud has led various academic departments and initiatives, including serving as the head of International Relations and Humanities and Social Sciences Departments, and as Coordinator of the Quality Assurance Team. He has authored numerous research articles in ISI impact factor journals and other reputable publications, and has presented 35 papers at national and international conferences.
Dr. Saud's professional contributions extend beyond academia as a founding core member of the Ministry of Informationโs Working Group on Countering Violent Extremism and Secretary of the Pakistan Society for International Studies. His influence is further demonstrated by his membership on the Board of Governors at Quaid-i-Azam University and his role as a reviewer for prestigious research journals. As the Executive Director of the Pakistan Research Center for a Community with Shared Future (PRCCSF) in Islamabad, he has leveraged over three decades of experience in military and intelligence roles to shape policies and foster international collaboration. His global engagements as a visiting faculty member and researcher span countries like Pakistan, China, Russia, Azerbaijan, Hungary, Turkey, and more. Dr. Dost M. Barrech is a dedicated academic, currently serving as a lecturer in the Department of International Relations at the University of Balochistan (UOB), Quetta, Pakistan. With a robust background in strategic and counterterrorism studies, he has contributed significantly to national security discourse through his role as a former Research Associate at the Institute of Strategic Studies Islamabad (ISSI) and as an Advisory Board Member for the Pakistan Journal of Terrorism Research at the National Counter Terrorism Authority (NACTA). Dr. Barrech has done his Ph.D. in International Relations at the International Islamic University Islamabad (IIUI), focusing on critical global issues.

Dr. Khushboo Ejaz is an accomplished academic ,currently serving as an Associate Professor in the Department of Political Science at Kinnaird College for Women in Lahore. Her extensive career includes a role as Deputy Director at the Quality Enhancement Cell KCQEC .
With a rich educational background, Dr. Khushboo earned her master's degree with honors in "Defence and Diplomatic Studies" from Fatima Jinnah Women University in Rawalpindi, where she received a Gold medal for her achievements. Her academic journey continued with an MPhil from the Centre for South Asian Studies at the University of the Punjab in 2005, focusing on the changing geopolitics of the Indian Ocean and its implications for Pakistan. In 2018, she successfully completed her Ph.D. on "United States policy in the Indian Ocean: Implications for Pakistan (1990-2014)."
Dr. Khushboo's academic prowess extends to teaching and mentorship, as she imparts knowledge to students at both bachelor and MPhil levels. She has supervised over 100 theses in her career, nurturing the academic growth of many aspiring scholars.
In addition to her academic commitments, Dr. Khushboo is an active researcher and writer, with 20 published research papers to her name. She has presented her work at 37 national and international conferences, contributing to the discourse on important political issues. Her engagement in the field of international relations led her to intern at the Foundation for Research on International Environment National Development and Security (FRIENDS), where she also organized an International Seminar on IndoโPak Relations in 2003.
Furthermore, Dr. Khushboo has demonstrated a commitment to the field of law, having completed a fellowship in International Law from RSIL Research Society in International Law, Lahore, in 2005. She has also actively participated in policy-related initiatives, including her role as a committee member in the Punjab Youth Parliament and National Action Plan with PILDAT. She is a member of the SDPI Research Group chapter on Community Resilience to Counter Violent Extremism and has served as an instructor in the Summer Maritime School at Minhaj University, Recently she has completed her fellowship on Gaming for Peace from CSSPR University of Lahore.
Furthermore, she has been the participant of Maiden MARSEW 2017 .
Dr. Khushboo Ejaz's multifaceted career and dedication to academia, research, and policy make her a prominent figure in the field of political science and international relations in Pakistan.

Dr. Zainab Ahmed is an Assistant Professor at the Seeta Majeed School of Liberal Arts and Social Sciences and a Research Fellow at the BNU Center for Policy Research, Beaconhouse National University. She previously served as the Chairperson of the Department of International Relations at Lahore Garrison University and has been adjunct faculty at both Punjab University and UMT for six years. She holds a PhD in International Relations from Punjab University, with her dissertation focusing on "Securitization of Water: Redefining Pakistan's National Security." With 10 research papers in HEC-recognized journals, she has made significant contributions to the fields of water security, national security, and regional geopolitics. She has also participated in numerous national and international research projects and serves on advisory and review boards for several HEC-recognized journals.
Dr. Zainab Ahmed's research on the nexus between water security and national security offers a fresh perspective on contemporary challenges in international relations. Her expertise in strategic communication and regional security, particularly in the Indo-Pacific, will bring an essential viewpoint to our upcoming international conference, "Issues and Prospects of Democracy in the Contemporary Age."
