Serving Smiles: IEEE PES Iftar Drive 2026 🌙
On March 9th, the IEEE PES team had the incredible honor of hosting an Iftar Drive at Fatima Old Age Home and Bait-ul-Masarrat Orphanage.
It was an evening filled with heartfelt conversations, shared meals, and the true spirit of Ramadan. From listening to the wisdom of the elders to seeing the bright smiles on the children’s faces, this drive reminded us that the greatest energy we can share is compassion.

Community Bonds: Shared Iftar with the residents of Fatima Old Age Home.
Joyful Moments: Activities and meal distribution at Bait-ul-Masarrat.
Social Impact: Moving beyond technical goals to serve our community.

Alhamdulillah, our Qiraat and Naat Competition organized by the IEEE PES UCET-IUB Student Chapter concluded on a truly high and spiritual note.

𝐈𝐄𝐄𝐄 Power & Energy Society – The Islamia University of Bahawalpur Organized a technical industrial tour to Pak Arab Fertilizer, Multan, where students explored real-world power, energy, and industrial operations in depth.
During the visit, students observed the working environment, industrial safety practices, and the functioning of modern energy and power systems used within the fertilizer industry. The tour helped bridge the gap between theoretical learning and practical application.
To promote teamwork and refreshment, the tour also included recreational visits to Kashmir Park and Askari Jheel in Multan.
We extend our sincere gratitude to our PES Advisor, Dr. Aoun Muhammad, for his continuous guidance, encouragement, and support in arranging such valuable learning opportunities for students.
