On behalf of the All Sindh Law Students Association (ASLA) District Badin, we condemn the prolonged injustices and fee hikes inflicted upon law students enrolled in affiliated law colleges. This crisis extends beyond fee increases, encompassing delays in degree issuance, lack of accountability, and unfair treatment.

*Key Issues:*

1. Excessive fee hikes, burdening students and their families.
2. Unjustifiable delays in degree issuance, leading to frustration and depression among students which effect on studies and mental health.
3. Absence of a robust check and balance system, resulting in unwarranted failures and additional financial burdens.

*Demands:*

1. Immediate reversal of fee hikes and implementation of a reasonable, affordable fee structure.
2. Streamlining of degree issuance processes to ensure timely completion within the UOS's 5-year metric.
3. Establishment of a transparent, impartial check and balance system to prevent unwarranted failures and ensure academic fairness.
4. Compensation for students who have incurred additional expenses due to delays or unjust failures.
5. Regular review and revision of academic policies to safeguard students' interests.

*Call to Action:*

We urge students, parents, and concerned citizens to join our protest against these injustices. Together, we demand immediate action from the relevant authorities to address these critical issues and help us to safe future lawyers and upcoming aspirants.
