Department of Bioinformatics, GPGC Mandian Abbottabad successfully conducted a highly fruitful demonstration session on “Predicting Drug Potency with Artificial Neural Network.” 💻🧬
The session was led by our esteemed Resource Person, Dr. Ashfaq Ahmad (PhD, PostDoc), Department of Bioinformatics, Hazara University Mansehra, who shared valuable insights into the applications of Artificial Neural Networks in drug discovery and bioinformatics research.

Such interactive sessions play a vital role in enhancing students’ understanding of cutting-edge computational approaches in life sciences.

The final year defense of Batch XI, Session 2021-2025 Department of Bioinformatics was conducted on 4th, Aug 2025. Dr. Faisal Nouroz, Chairman Deptt. of Bioinformatics, Hazara University, was the external examiner of viva voce.
Congratulations to all the young researchers of Bioinformatics for successfully completing thesis research work under the supervision of Mr. Muhammad Musharaf, Mr. Muhammad Hamza and Mr. Saad ur Rehman.
