Govt. College of Management Sciences and Commerce College for both Boyz and Girlz... Initially, the college started functioning as Govt.
Commercial Training Institute Abbottabad in 1964. The institution was awarding Certificate in Commerce and Diploma in Commerce from Punjab Board of Technical Education. Some events in the history of the college are described below:
1975: College was upgraded to Degree level as Govt. College of Commerce and was affiliated with University of Peshawar.
