"جب مجھے خود پر بھروسہ آیا، تب اسٹیج ختم ہو چکا تھا... جب مجھے یقین ہو گیا کہ میں ہار جاؤں گا، میں جیت گیا۔ جب مجھے لوگوں کی سب سے زیادہ ضرورت تھی، وہ مجھے چھوڑ گئے۔ جب میں نے اپنے آنسو خشک کرنا سیکھا، تو مجھے کوئی کندھا ملا جس پر میں رو سکوں۔ جب میں نے نفرت کا فن سیکھا، تب کسی نے مجھے دل کی گہرائیوں سے چاہنا شروع کر دیا۔ اور جب میں روشنی کے انتظار میں گھنٹوں سو گیا، سورج نکل آیا... یہی زندگی ہے!!
چاہے آپ کچھ بھی منصوبہ بنائیں، آپ کبھی نہیں جان سکتے کہ زندگی نے آپ کے لیے کیا منصوبہ بنایا ہے۔ کامیابی آپ کو دنیا سے ملواتی ہے، لیکن ناکامی دنیا کو آپ سے ملواتی ہے۔ ہمیشہ خوش رہیں!! اکثر جب ہم امید کھو دیتے ہیں اور سمجھتے ہیں کہ یہ سب ختم ہو چکا ہے، تو اللہ اوپر سے مسکرا کر کہتا ہے،
'پریشان نہ ہو پیارے، یہ صرف ایک موڑ ہے، اختتام نہیں!'”

ہر سال یکم جنوری میری والدہ کی برسی ہوتی ہے۔ میں آپ سب سے درخواست کرتا ہوں کہ ان کے ایصال ثواب کے لیے سورہ فاتحہ، درود شریف، دعائیں یا قرآن پاک کی کوئی بھی چھوٹی آیت پڑھ لیں۔

ساتھ ہی میں یہ بھی جانتا ہوں کہ دنیا کا پہیہ کسی کے انتقال سے نہیں رک سکتا، زندگی آگے بڑھتی رہتی ہے۔ اسی لیے میں آپ سب کو نہ صرف نئے سال بلکہ آنے والے تمام لمحوں کے لیے نیک تمنائیں پیش کرتا ہوں۔

میں آپ کے لیے تین چیزوں کی دعا کرتا ہوں: صحت، خوشحالی، اور اللہ کی رضا۔
