The ID printing process and validation at Siocon Campus remain available on Friday, 𝗝𝘂𝗹𝘆 𝟭𝟳, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, as office personnel will be working onsite, temporarily setting aside the WFH schedule.

The release of 𝗙𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁-𝗬𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗜𝗗 𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗱𝘀 will be on or after the scheduled Student Orientation, as stipulated in the JRMSU Student Handbook (2020 Edition), Title VIII, Chapter I, Article I, Section 2, which states:

Container Gardening Competition

Creativity, teamwork, and agricultural skills bloomed during the Container Gardening Competition of the Skills Olympics 2026, where five different teams from the School of Agriculture showcased their innovation and passion in creating productive and sustainable container gardens.

Each team demonstrated resourcefulness, proper plant management, and creativity in designing gardens that reflect the importance of urban gardening and sustainable agriculture. Through teamwork and dedication, the participants proved that agriculture can thrive even in limited spaces when passion and knowledge are combined.

Quiz Bowl Competition

Knowledge, teamwork, and confidence were truly showcased during the Quiz Bowl Competition of the Skills Olympics 2026, where five different teams from the School of Agriculture competed and demonstrated their mastery of various agricultural concepts and topics.

Each team showed determination, quick thinking, and cooperation as they answered challenging questions and represented their groups with pride. The competition became a great platform for students to strengthen their academic excellence while promoting camaraderie and sportsmanship among future agriculturists.

Skills Olympics 2026

The School of Agriculture proudly celebrates the Skills Olympics 2026, where students showcased their knowledge, talents, and practical abilities in different agricultural categories. This event became a platform for every participant to demonstrate the skills, discipline, and dedication they have developed through their hands-on learning and experiences in the field of agriculture.

Students competed in various categories including W**d Identification, Seed Identification, Asexual Propagation (Grafting), Organic Fertilizer Making, and Chicken Carcass Fabrication. Each activity tested not only their technical knowledge and precision, but also their patience, critical thinking, teamwork, and confidence under pressure. From identifying different weeds and seeds accurately, performing proper grafting techniques, producing organic fertilizers that promote sustainable and eco-friendly farming practices, to showcasing precision and proper handling in chicken carcass fabrication, every participant proved that agriculture is a field that requires both skill and passion.

The Skills Olympics 2026 is more than just a competition—it is a celebration of learning, growth, and excellence among future agriculturists. It reflects the commitment of the School of Agriculture in producing competent, hardworking, and skilled students who are ready to contribute to the advancement of agriculture and food production in the future.

Later this afternoon, the excitement continues with the Quiz Bowl Competition, where SoA students will showcase their knowledge, intelligence, and mastery of different agricultural concepts and topics. This competition will highlight the academic excellence, teamwork, and quick thinking of the participants as they compete and represent their respective groups with pride and confidence.
