P.T. Martinez Elementary School proudly celebrated United Nations 2025 at the Brgy. Talinga Outdoor Stage last October 17, 2025.

The highlight of the celebration — the Crowning of Mr. & Ms. United Nations 2025 👑 — showcased the beauty of diversity and the confidence of our young ambassadors of peace.

This meaningful event was made even more special as it served a greater cause — a fundraising initiative led by the PTA for the construction of our much-needed school mini covered court. 🏫🤝

School-Based Immunization Successfully Conducted!

On October 16, 2025, Grade 1 learners of P.T. Martinez Elementary School received vaccines against measles, rubella, tetanus, and diphtheria as part of the DOH–DepEd School-Based Immunization Program.

School Principal Rizaldo B. Castillon thanked the parents, teachers, and health workers for their support, saying, “A healthy child is a ready learner.”

In celebration of the 2025 Nutrition Month, P.T. Martinez Elementary School held a vibrant and meaningful program on July 11, 2025, anchored on this year’s national theme:
“Food at Nutrition Security, Maging Priority! Sapat na Pagkain, Karapatan Natin!”

The celebration emphasized the importance of every Filipino’s right to sufficient, nutritious, and safe food. Through various fun-filled and educational competitions, students actively engaged in promoting awareness on nutrition security and healthy living.

One of the program's key features was the Search for A1 Child, which recognized pupils who exemplify overall good health and hygiene. This year’s A1 Child awardees were:

👑 Dimple Jee Scent Antipuesto (Grade 5 - Pearl)
👑 Sidd Akiro Nakamura (Grade 3 - Aries)

The school also hosted Poster Making and Slogan Writing Contests, allowing learners to creatively express their understanding of the theme.

For the Nutri-Quiz, students showcased their knowledge on proper nutrition, health, and food security. The winners were:

One of the most exciting parts of the celebration was the Healthy Cooking Contest, where teams of student chefs, guided by their coaches, prepared nutritious meals using local ingredients.

Indeed, at P.T. Martinez Elementary School, "Sapat na Pagkain, Karapatan Natin!" is more than a theme—it’s a call to action.
