Let me clarify why our school THE SEEDS OF LIFE CHRISTIAN SCHOOL OF BUUG INC.
PROHIBITING THE USE OF CELLPHONE …because we had found several important reasons, and each aimed at enhancing the educational environment and overall student well-being.
Here are some key reasons why schools may choose to implement such a policy:
1. Minimizing Distractions
-Cellphones can easily divert students’ attention during class. Notifications, social media, games, and texting can lead to off-task behavior, making it difficult for students to focus on lessons and participate actively.
2. Enhancing Academic Performance
-With fewer distractions, students may be better able to engage with the material being taught. A more focused classroom environment can lead to improved academic outcomes and a deeper understanding of subjects.
3. Promoting Face-to-Face Interaction
-Prohibiting cellphones encourages students to interact with their peers in person, fostering social skills, teamwork, and communication abilities that are essential for personal and professional success.
4. Reducing Cyberbullying
-Cellphones can facilitate cyberbullying, which can occur during school hours. By limiting access to phones, schools may reduce the opportunities for such behavior, contributing to a safer and more supportive school environment.

By limiting cellphone use in school, educators can help students learn to use technology responsibly and understand when it is appropriate to engage with their devices, preparing them for future workplaces where self-regulation is important.

-In a digital age where distractions are abundant, prohibiting cellphones can encourage students to be more present in the moment, …enhancing their ability to engage deeply with their education and surroundings.
10. Emergency Preparedness
-While cellphones can be a tool for communication during emergencies, schools can establish alternative… communication protocols that ensure students can reach their families without the distraction of personal devices during school hours.

.,as what we had agreed during the GPTA and even the Homeroom meeting,, on the discussion sa CONSTITUTIONAL BY LAWS For STUDENTS, we never had any opposing statement NOR AMEND ….so we considered that you all take the rules in our BYLAWS approved.

Kung di malikayan nga madala ang phone sa mga rason sa inyo mga anak…. Gina keep na sa teacher and ,.. we had vaults for safe keeping pero hinaot inyo mga anak dili maabot sa point na “Mamotbot” Kaynaa ray cellphones diay gidala ….og maabot pa sa point na maconfiscate na moon wether on class or not on class…

I am not a hypocrite pod na pagkatawo para dili mahangyo.. hope mostorya sa tinood og unsay rason og mu hangyo para tgaan og considerations..
