Your words gave us an opportunity to pause, reflect, and look deeper into the importance of gender equality, inclusivity, respect, and Gender and Development (GAD).

More than simply sharing information, your talk reminded us that advocacy begins with understanding—but it becomes meaningful when we put that understanding into action. It means respecting differences, challenging discrimination, speaking up against harassment, and helping create spaces where everyone feels safe, heard, valued, and respected. 🌱

As future educators, these lessons are especially meaningful to us. They remind us of the responsibility we have to help build classrooms and communities where every individual is treated with dignity and every voice has a place to be heard.
