The Zenith elects new Editor-in-Chief

Following a decisive election last Friday, June 26, the official school paper of Philippine Advent College, Inc. - Main Campus officially named Skylla Baldelovar as its new Editor-in-Chief.

Baldelovar, a passionate third-year Bachelor of Public Administration student, won the top spot alongside a brand-new lineup of editorial board members. No stranger to the fast-paced world of campus media, she earned her stripes serving as a Senior Editor last academic year.

What truly sets The Zenith's new leader apart is her sharp instinct for sports journalism. Baldelovar has lived and breathed sports writing since her high school days, developing a deep expertise in tracking game stats, capturing intense court action, and telling the stories of student-athletes. Now, she is ready to bring that same high-energy hustle to the entire publication.

Stepping into her new role, Baldelovar has her eyes set on growth. She shared that her main goal is to completely revitalize the school paper under her leadership.

With a fresh board by her side, The Zenith editorial board and staff are already gearing up for the upcoming school year. The team plans to expand coverage to catch every major campus moment, and deliver a sharper, higher-quality publication that the PAC community will love to read.
